Great Service
They accidentally sent out the wrong girth and didn’t have any correct ones in the size we needed. Within hours they had contacted the factory had one made and sent direct to me before the race, extremely helpful staff and a pleasure to deal with.

Hi, I am very sorry to read this message, as the item you ordered on the 29th July on standard delivery and was delivered by Royalmail tracked on the 1st August , ie 2 days later as per the delivery expectation for our normal delivery. Great service and great quality product
I was changing style of body protector. I wasn’t sure what size I needed. I emailed for advice. I got a quick response with advice and options for me to consider. They also sent me a code to get a discount!
I ordered my new body protector and it came very quickly and in time for my next XC training session.
