I had ordered from this company before, the seeds came and they were fantastic. The Nordmann fir sprouted really well and are growing great (they are around 2 years old now).

I ordered some Serbian spruce and black tupelo months ago, the money was taken but I never received the seeds! I emailed and never got a reply which was bad (this seems to be a recurring problem for other customers too). It's a big shame because I liked this company.

If you want good tree seeds I highly recommend using Foreststart!!

They sent me the wrong product so I wrote to them an email asking them if there was a mistake. They kindly apologised and asked to see pictures of the product I received, which I sent. They never responded back and have ignored all my follow up emails. I have received no offer of compensation. I have contacted them at least three times afterwards with no response. The employee that I dealt with was called Angela.

Trident Maple seeds ordered when grown this year are Amur Maple. How can a seed company not know the difference and sell the wrong seeds. I have also had contact from another customer on Bonsai UK website that pre warned me they would be Amur Maple after planting them so they are selling wrong product to multiple customers. Emailed them but they are totally ignoring me. Do not use this company

I'm a very long standing customer and have spent £5K plus over the years.
Seldom any issues and never a serious issue.

A fine treeseedonline.com experience: excellent updates, timely delivery and great pricing. All good.

I didn't have any issues with delivery or quality of product so I can't comment on the sending or receiving of communication/customer service. I did get confirmation of my order and notification of shipping too so I have to say I am a happy customer.

Garbage company! Do not reply to emails. Product never arrived. Refused to issue a refund.

1st: Products were shipped after 3 weeks of placing the order
2nd: They don't provide a certificate, so items can not be approved on customs clearance and are sent back to the seller.
3rd: Sent 4 emails and never got a reply
4th: Didn't refund me. At the end they took my money and the merchandise was delivered back to them.
Shameful way to run a business

It's been 12 days since my order was placed. No seeds received and no response to three emails.

Update: I received the seeds 14 days after the order was placed, which were well organised and labelled. I haven't received any correspondence yet.

I ordered some Olive Tree seeds. They arrived about a week later. They were well packaged and look like nice healthy seeds.

Edit. I followed the instructions they take months to germinate and almost gave up but I now have about 12 healthy Olive tree seedlings :)
