Io non ho veramente parole sito vergognoso, ho ordinato un paio di scarpe da questo sito, ieri mi è arrivata una mail da DHL riguardo ad una mail dalla dogana, la quale dice che devo pagare oltre il 50% del valore delle scarpe per sdoganarla. Ho scritto a questo vergognoso sito non mi rispondono ovviamente, tutta una fregatura, é una truffa non ci comprate.

Item sent by seller is a fake. Owning 3 other genuine Mackage coats, I am in no doubt that the item sent is a replica for the following reasons. 1) Quality & thickness of
'puffa' padding is thin and flimsy, unlike real Mackage items. 2) Hardware ie zips etc are cheap and not marked with the name Mackage. 3) Item sheds feathers like a cat moulting-totally different from normal Mackage quality.
4) Certificate of authenticity looks like something knocked up on PDF editor.

I had a great experience purchasing through Trenbe. Initially, I saw the item on EBay, but did more research and decided to purchase via Trenbe website vs EBay. I purchased, and about 5 days later, the item was delivered, from Korea lol. The item was in the exact condition, as stated and pictured, on the website. I am very pleased with my purchase and will probably purchase from them again!

I purchased a yellow goyard senat bag from trenbe. It’s now going on the third month and I still have no bag. They said it was delivered and I have yet to receive it. They sent me proof of the delivery and the name and signature was different. I reported that and they are still no help. This is very frustrating and unprofessional on their end. I will not be doing business with them again in the future. Now all I did was lose money and time dealing with them. I wish I could give a 0 review. And customer service is terrible with no phone number.

Item was sent within 3 days, customs was done on the way, and arrived in NYC from Korea in 2 days. It came with a certificate of authentication from Trenbe and a chip from Maison Margiela.

I bought 2 Ferragamo bags and 1 Givenchy bag. I was impressed with the quality. They were like new. The prices are quite reasonable. Shipping was fast. I am happy for a first experience. Thank you

I bought a Chloe Alphabet Wallet and it was exactly as shown on website a few weeks ago. I am extremely happy with my purchase. It came in pristine condition.The shipping took longer but that was to be expected. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I bought 4 Moose Knuckles coats that were pre owned. However, when I got them they were all in excellent condition, they were hardly worn, very clean. It was a great purchase. Trenbe is also a pleasure to transact with. Will definitely come back to this website to buy more stuff.

Purchased a bag for myself for my 40th birthday! Shipping was quick but I was a bit disappointed in the quality as I feel like the pictures and description didn’t match the condition of the bag, in my opinion. Would probably not purchase from this company again

it was a quick fast transaction shipping was really fast more than what I thought. Also it was cheaper than ordering from a United States dealer. I would recommend a friends and family item was also as described.

I ordered an LV pochette set from Trenbe for the first time recently, I was a bit nervous about ordering but I had a really good experience. The shipping time was extremely fast I received my order in 4 days to the US. I ordered on May 4 and it was delivered May 8. My items arrived exactly as described in brand new condition. I’ll definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend.

Bought a few items (one order 2 weeks ago and another about 2 months back) including a goyard bag and the transaction was fast and easy. Took less than a week to get the orders once shipped. The items were authenticated by a 3rd party.

I ordered a Bottega beek bag in May of this year. The condition and packaging was fine and the item arrived within a week and a half. This is a good company to get designer at a reasonable price.

The cons are, the customer service leaves more to be desired and often times the description is not properly listed of what you are getting in terms of the condition.

When I discovered Trenbe, the rock-bottom prices set off alarm bells—could a Korean site truly be dependable, would returns be honored, and might I end up with a fake? The discount was simply too tempting, so I hit “buy” anyway.

After placing the order I heard nothing for two days, so I contacted support. They explained that every item is put through a two- to three-day authenticity check before it can leave their warehouse. Twenty-four hours later the parcel finally shipped. Three days into transit DHL called to request a signature. Had I known, I’d have used my office address; rescheduling added an extra step I could’ve done without.

Once the box arrived, though, the A-grade briefcase looked even cleaner and sharper than the photos.

All told, delivery spanned roughly seven business days. If not for the DHL shuffle, I’d give the whole experience a solid four stars.

I purchased an “A+ grade” Van Cleef necklace on the Trenbe necklace but it turned out to be flawed. Their customer service is non-existent and have yet to offer any real assistance with the return process. All I got was the return address and no acknowledgment of the flawed necklace they sent out! I was on the phone with FedEx for an hour, getting assistance on customs clearance forms and now my return is being held in Korea because they need to provide their tax ID. I’ve asked Trenbe to contact their FedEx and/or to provide me with their tax information so I can email their customs myself. This should’ve been in the return instructions! I’m not sure if they’re going to help me or if it’s going to end up getting returned to sender. Might have to escalate to my bank at this point. Happy to update this review if they actually step up and help me get their return package cleared.

I recently saw a Trenbe advertisement and decided to purchase a Louis Vuitton bag because the price seemed cheaper than elsewhere. It arrived on the scheduled date, and the packaging was nice. However, it was inconvenient that whenever I reached out to their customer service, I had to wait about 12 hours for a response instead of getting one right away. Still, I’m satisfied overall since the price was lower than other shops.
