Unprofessional, "Ghetto" Service – Save Your Application Fee
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not let the "luxury" label fool you; the management and customer service here are completely unprofessional and incompetent.
I submitted my application on April 1st, and it has been a nightmare ever since. I specifically worked with Xavellieya, and despite my being very clear from the start that I hold two full-time jobs, she completely botched my application. I uploaded four pay stubs (more than enough to exceed their requirements), yet I received a notice from RentGrow stating my income was "insufficient."
When I looked into it, I discovered that Xavellieya had entered only one of my incomes and listed the rest as a measly $200 "additional income."
The lack of accountability is shocking:
Zero Communication: I have been calling constantly. Every time I speak to someone else, they claim they have everything and are just "waiting for manager approval."
Broken Promises: Xavellieya told me she would have Marnie call me back, but I received a voicemail from her instead. I waited all day—no call.
Disrespectful Treatment: They treat potential residents like an afterthought.
I don't care if they accept me or not at this point; there are thousands of actual luxury apartments that treat people with basic respect and know how to read a pay stub. This "ghetto" level of service is unacceptable for the prices they charge. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and your sanity.
