Very rude strong ant staff . Owner language is foul. They took my money and sent me wrong thing and when I ask justification they block me everywhere. This happens when people who are illiterate starts doing business.

I wish I could take them to police station. They took money and send wrong products.
It took me just 1,2 more days to decide and place international order they sent me wrong size products and it was difficult for me to return them as I paid a bomb custom charges. Don’t order from them. Their staff is also extremely rude. When I kept asking them for solution they block my account on Instagram and owner started talking impolitely to me. The staff members are so so arrogant .

I have ordered many suits and coord sets from TOTG and have never been disappointed. They deliver what they claim- always. They have super amazing collection and are quick to respond and resolve queries, if any.

Very disappointing experience with Trend On The Go. My recent order was delayed, and even when it arrived, the order was incomplete. Communication with the team was frustrating, and instead of resolving the issue smoothly, I had to repeatedly follow up.

Based on my personal experience, the service was extremely unprofessional and not worth the stress. I would not recommend ordering from this store unless their customer service and order management improve significantly.

I ordered two suits from the website and the quality is superb. They have such a pretty collection❤️✨

I really like the dress, it is same as shown and the quality is also good I really really liked it soo much and definitely going to order again from this trusted account and most important I get my parcel on same day. ❤️

If in my hands i don’t want give even one star review of them

As an international customer, I was not able to place my order directly through the website. Instead, I had to communicate and place my order through WhatsApp. All sizing discussions, order details, and customer communication were handled there.

One of the biggest problems I faced was the lack of communication. Messages often went unanswered, and because the read receipts were turned off, it was impossible to know whether my messages had even been seen. After I reported the sizing issues, getting a response became extremely difficult.

I placed a large order of 12 suits and trusted this company, but I was extremely disappointed with what I received. In my experience, several suits arrived with labels that did not match their actual sizes. Items labelled as Large or Extra Large did not correspond to the sizes I expected, creating major problems for me,

When you are ordering internationally, this becomes a serious issue. By the time the parcel arrives and you realise there is a sizing problem, you are already facing the stress, cost, and inconvenience of international shipping. Even if you are very careful before ordering, problems may only become apparent after the parcel is delivered.

I was told that exchanges would require me to pay additional postage costs. Despite feeling that the sizing issue was not my fault, I was still willing to pay those costs just to resolve the situation. I packed the items, sent photos, followed instructions, and tried repeatedly to contact the company. Unfortunately, my calls were not answered and many of my messages went unanswered.

If anyone is considering ordering from this company, especially from another country, they are welcome to contact me on 07438223352 and ask about my personal experience. I will honestly explain what happened to me and what I believe customers should be aware of before placing an order.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise international customers to think very carefully before ordering. What happened to me caused significant stress, disappointment, and financial loss, and if I had known in advance what I would go through, I would never have placed this order.

I ordered the dress and got them in 4days. The quality was amazing, it’s soo good and exactly as described in picture.

Please don’t promote this brand. It fr*udulent, and the owner is very unprofessional. Once you place an order, your money is gone. I have screenshots of chats, payments, and other proof. Please don’t fall for this trap Also, please be cautious—some influencers promote anything for money. Use your judgment. If the account is genuine, check the engagement: it shows around 800k followers (I can’t see now as I’ve been blocked), but the posts get only 20–30 likes and 0–5 comments, which is suspicious.
I also fell for it because she goes live and collaborates with influencers, but please be aware it’s a trap. Even if you receive the parcel, it may not be the original product as shown.

I ordered today in urgency as i had to travel tomorrow.
They catered to my request and delivered parcel in one day as I stay in NCR Region.

Best part — if the size says 3XL, it actually fits perfectly (unlike some brands that mention 46 but turn out too tight 😅)

The suit they sent was the correct one…but there was big difference in the color of the suit I ordered…they said it’s lighting difference but the suit color looked very different in original…and when i reached them they replied saying there is lighting difference and there are no exchange no returns available…and never replied after that..!!

Very poor customer service..would not recommend.!!

I had a terrible experience with 'Tend on to go'. They sent me the wrong size and refused to provide the correct exchange. This dress cost me 3499. Thankfully, I had only ordered one product. After this, I will definitely not be purchasing from them again! They are not at all professionals.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They have pathetic customer service, the seller is abusive, first she did not respond to my queries and calls then started abusing me. When I posted feedback on her Instagram page. She sent me an abusive message and blocked me. Worst site to order from, the seller is abusive, has a fragile ego and terrible temperament.
