Hej Jonas! Det verkar onekligen som att något blev tokigt med kontaktuppgifterna här, vilket ledde till att du blev kontaktad av oss av misstag. Det ber vi hemskt mycket om ursäkt för! Vi har felsökt våra system internt för att förhindra att det sker igen.
BAD SERVICE
I have done everything they asked, i.e i connected our accoutning system to them, so they can check things. Then, i had to chase for a reply, i.e. if our application was successful or not, they did not come back themselves. The reply was negative, which is fine, it can happen. However, when i asked the why, so we know and fix any issues, their reply was that they cannot give me an answer as their credit team only knows. bad service.

Easy System to process invoice payments
Have been using Treyd for a few months now - very quick at processing invoices and payments - customer service is excellent and quickly resolve any issues. Would highly recommend - very good for businesses that use suppliers overseas.

Does what it says on the tin...usually...
Treyd works as it should do. Rates a little high, but then again it is a flexible system. We will probably continue to use as we see fit.
Had to review this as very badly let us down on a transaction. Wrote to their Support before going ahead to clarify what we were purchasing and Support approved it, then they didn't pay the funds out, and then withdrew our application.

We apologise for the miscommunication. We’ll reach out to you privately to explain why we were not able to approve that particular transaction. Unfortunately, all invoices need to be reviewed individually, and there are some limitations as to what we can finance.
