Bought a router from them and couldn't get it to work being user error rather than the hardware. They had the router back and issued a full refund immediately upon receipt of return.
Sometimes things do happen beyond our control and they went out their way to rectify.

Bought a Nokia portable WiFi tower, but it really doesn’t work on 4G or 5G, so I may need to look at other alternatives. Very difficult to find the root cause.

Product was exactly as stated. Even sent a compatible plug socket for the UK which was really appreciated. Quick delivery. No hassle.

Ordered a used router from Tribz. It arrived quickly, well-packaged, and worked fine initially. However, after several months, issues arose, and support was unresponsive. While the price and fast shipping were positives, limited warranty and lack of tech support afterward were disappointing. Decent for short-term needs, but consider warranty limitations before purchasing.
