I have booked tickets through Tripfur Australia on Air India. It was during covid time and requested a refund from AirIndia as we could not travel. Air India wants to entertain the refund , but it should be lodged / processed through travel agency. But all efforts have gone in vain. They have got their commission and tripfur do not want to know you. I will recommend not to buy ticket through this agency. Now they have changed the name to travelgate

Never ever book flights with this sh***y company. They booked flights for me but final destination they booked was not what I intended to go. They simply asked to get down at the desired location and collect your bags. Flight agents caught us and we were even on the edge to get reported to cops, as we were students and also have requested them to not to go cops and mentioned them we will not do this again.

This is a fraud cheat company, i have bought 4 tickets in 2020 and ended up with flight cancellation due to pandemic. My refund requests ended up with VCAT as i was getting misleading information or no information, I have also contacted Singapore Airlines, prior to VCAT, they have confirmed that the refund has already completed from their end. I have had a VCAT hearing and now i have received $3K refund, but lost $2K. In the VCAT hearing they had to show the statement and the refund was received in Jan 2021, but were happily sitting on it. Please be careful dealing with them.
