We met Patrick our guide at the airport in Chiang Rai from there he got us settled into the hotel allowing time for a break then off to visit white temple, Blue temple and took us out for an amazing supper with most of the popular Thai dishes ( what flavour).The next day Patrick picked us up for another full day tour to the golden triangle,
He was very well educated on the areas history . Finally a road trip to Chiang Mai to see the temple wat prat hat doi at 1000 m above sea level right in the town fantastic views

4 of us took a trip to China and Hong Kong. All along, we have met all the tour guides at the airport, the bullet train station, and were taken care of.
Most of the hotels were great and well arranged, except the hotel in Shanghai got all of us very upset because some of the rooms were occupied by the guests hosting mahjong and drink parties surrounding our room. We complained to the front desk, but were ignored by the Hotel. Other than that, every event was well arranged and planned, except for the lack of an email/ paper of the daily activities agenda list.
Overall, I am giving 4 stars for the trip.

Our 9 days Travel agent Japan Fam Tour was excellent . Our tour guide Tracy and TRIPOPPO host Candie was the best .

Our Douro River Cruise was well-organized, scenic and an ongoing cultural exploration with knowledgeable guides and wonderful hospitality onboard ship. The culinary team entertained us with a variety of local dishes and wines. We especially loved the architecture and history in the cities in contrast to the rolling green hills and valleys. And who can forget the varied types of Port, a sweet fortified wine I enjoyed learning more about.
The tour included one day in Salamanca, Spain. En route, we saw the famous storks and, that evening, a flamenco dance company from Salamenca performed on board ship. Olé!
After the cruise, we journeyed in a small coach to Lisbon, where we had a city tour and then enough free time to explore the city a little and go on a day trip to Sintra and Pena Palace. Amazing!

The China-Hongkong tour dated March 19 to 31 was a success. The hotels were clean. The tour guides did their best to explain everything. The tour buses were clean too. I only gave 4 stars because there was no tour guide in Hongkong. I will definitely recommend Tripoppo to friends and probably book our planned Japan tour with them next year.

Just visited China and was extremely satisfied with my TripOppo experience. Your guides were top notch and not only helpful and knowledgeable.

We had an amazing experience on our 22 day China and Hong Kong trip. The staff at Trip Oppo Markham were very helpful with all aspects of the booking, including providing assistance filling out the Chinese Visa form. The tour itself was also very good. We enjoyed the hotel selections, the pace and the itinerary itself. The only complaint is that there are too many factory visits (tour guides get a cut of the sales) and the day we went to the Great Wall we first visited a Jade factory. We spent 1.5 hours at the factory and just under 2 hours at the Great Wall. What a pity. Such a beautiful, ancient, historical site and we spent so little time there. We barely had time to climb a decent section, let alone have time to take in the awe-inspiring construction and beautiful scenery, then we had to hurry down again. Also, having visited the factory first meant we arrived at the Great Wall at peak time. We realize that with organized group tours we can't always spend as much time as we like in some places and in other places we spend too long. That's just part and parcel of tours. But seriously, for such an iconic structure a little more time would have been amazing.

good value of money, nicely arranged itinerary - it has busy days as well as 2 free days to relax. Hotel accomodations are excellent, worth mentioning is Landmark Amman Hotel, spacious rooms,modern ammenties, good food selection. Hotels/airports transfers are seamless. Difficult to understand our Egyptian guide English (although very attentive) but Jordan guide excellent. Itinerary designed to arrive at some popular sites at early hours before rush begins.

SUGGESTION: should consider Bethany beyond Jordan as an optional excursion while at Dead Sea! A site well worth half day visit, lots of Biblical significance.
Need more time at Petra (only 4 hours allowed), very rushed.

We enjoyed being in a small group. The itinerary and flights during this trip was seamless with guide support. Hotels for the most part were very good and we even survived walking across the streets in Hanoi and Saigon.

Great trip in Thailand with excellent culture and dining destinations.

Our guide in Chiangmai/Chiang Rai, Rany; was excellent!!
Hotel Chiangmai Grandview was dated and not what was listed. This was the only issue we had.

This is our 2nd time with TripOppo and it was wonderful. Making the travel arrangements with Candie was professional and attentive. We had Fei Ruan as our Tour Escort and he was excellent. Positive, Knowledgeable and great attention to detail. Very seasoned and great personality. A true leader.
The Hotel in Beijing was very grand but was not close to the city center so one felt a tad isolated. Beijing tour guide Judy was wonderful and provided great suggestions for food and shopping. Forbidden city and The wall was like walking thru history. The bullet trains in China are efficient and clean. Xian tour guide Lisa was equally friendly and helpful as well. The Terra Cotta Warriors took your breath away ! Chongqing was a pleasant surprise and Local guide John was equally as wonderful in sharing his knowledge with this city. The Doubletree Hotel was suppose to be smoke free but not all guests adhered to that rule. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. The night cruise was wonderful. Going down the Yangtze River was amazing the cruise ship not so much. A tad dated and lots of smokers onboard. Hangzhou was very picturesque with their West Lake. Shanghai was very vibrant and felt that we did not have enough time to explore. They should have added an extra day for this city. The option tours took up a lot of your free time. The Shanghai night cruise was amazing. Guilin had breathtaking mountains and landscape and the boat cruise was a great way to see it all. We were a tad disappointed in only having a half day tour in Hong Kong. Optional tour was only limited to a food tour. There was no other options for a night cruise or a trip to Landau island or even to Macau( a day trip ). All in All it was a 9 out of 10.

Our recent 15 days trip to China and Hongkong organized by TripOppo, was nothing short of exceptional!!
The hotels were extremely good, the local guides were knowledgeable, personable and humorous. The meals were truly great. We had a chance to savour authentic local cuisines.
This vacation exceeded every expectation and we came back home with beautiful memories to cherish forever.

The hotel were great, but the buffet could’ve been better

Initially I had given TripOppo a 5 star rating as it was based solely on my experience dealing with Candie Zhang at the office, but my experience with this tour company based on the trip was very different. We will not use them again. The pros: good accommodations, transfers were easy and punctual, the breakfast buffets at the hotels were very good. The cons: tour guides spoke broken English, very difficult to understand them. The tour guide in Japan was disorganized and he walked so fast leaving the group behind. Many complained about this. This was detrimental to the experience. The lunches/meals in S Korea were terrible, same food over and over. The Korean BBQ was just okay. Have had much better ones here in the States. The optional tours, two of which were the highlights of the trip, were canceled with very short notice leaving us on our own as nothing was scheduled by TripOppo for that day. This was a bummer and we missed key points of interest which we were looking forward to seeing during this trip.
Unfortunately, our experience compared to other tour companies was disappointing and we have decided not to use TripOppo again.

From the time we arrived in Beijing meeting our guide Fei and then onto Shanghai and area we had a great guide in Gavin. Everyone was great and we all (35 people) had a great time !

Everything

We saw a lot of great things in China and Hong Kong thanks to Tripoppo. We couldn’t have done it ourselves. Get the regular visa. Most Visas are attached to the passport, the group visa is a separate document which is atypical and causes delays.

We had the most awesome win Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Awesome hotels and local foods. Definitely, we recommend this tour trip.
