We had a wonderful trip to Elan Valley and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and even without accessing certain areas, there was still plenty to take in and appreciate. It turned out to be a really refreshing day outdoors, and the gentle walking made it suitable and enjoyable for families, including those with children who like a bit of adventure.

Hamza was friendly and approachable throughout, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a good time. The organisation of the trip felt smooth, and everything ran as planned. A special mention to the coach driver as well, who got us there and back efficiently, allowing us to relax and enjoy the journey.

Some passengers were complaining that the coach waited for latecomers, but in reality it showed something positive that Trips and Tours genuinely cares about its customers. Taking a little extra time to make sure no one was left behind reflects a commitment to good service and consideration for everyone on the trip.

Overall, it was a lovely day out, great value for money, and a memorable experience. I’d happily book with them again and would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Recently went on their Isle of Wight trip. Wow! where do I start...from start to finish this tour company never ceased to amaze me!
The things that stood out for me and the highlights were:
They offer flexible pick up locations and we were picked up en route from where we reside in Coventry.
A special shout out to Aliya our tour guide, who genuinely cared about her passengers. She kept us captivated with her karaoke style sing along, music requests, general knowledge quiz, engaging young and old throughout the journey. Even sang a spontaneous 'Happy birthday' for my daughter's surprise birthday trip!
A very clean coach and impeccable driving from Mari and Ian—the smoothest, most comfortable trip we have taken by far on a long coach journey.
The Isle of Wight was truly a 'wish you were here' experience, with perfect sunny weather, we enjoyed the idyllic, picture-postcard views and beaches.
It was such a memorable experience that my daughter even said it beats going abroad! Looking forward to more trips with them!

We had the pleasure of working with Trips and Tours UK from Motive Luxury Travel today, providing our coach for their day trip to the Tulip Garden in Pontefract and Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield.

It was a very well-organised trip, and a special mention goes to the organiser, Hajera. She was extremely professional throughout the day and demonstrated excellent organisational skills. The way she interacted with passengers and looked after them was outstanding, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and well managed.

From a coach company’s perspective, what impressed us most was her timekeeping. Hajera made sure all passengers returned to the coach on time by regularly communicating with them and giving clear reminders. She also kept everyone updated with ETAs and travel arrangements, which helped the day run smoothly and efficiently.

Her proactive and responsible approach made the whole experience seamless.

This was my first trip with this company and it was a great one. Fantastic service from Aliya from the moment we booked it till we returned home, our day was made special. It was my daughter birthday and Aliya made the day special. We had plenty of time to explore, Aliya went above and beyond to make sure we all were ok and helped plan our day, having a professional hostess made it all worth it. I will definitely will be doing more trips and recommend other to give it a try. Our driver was also very friendly and courteous and bought us back safely.

Me and my family booked our first tour to London and it was great experience. Well organised, the information was very clear from the beginning. Picking us up from Coventry was seamless and Aliya kept asking if we need anything throughout the journey. We even celebrated someone’s birthday Lol. in the boss. It was a great outing overall even though we did not prepare for expensive tickets to sightseeing in London.

Firstly I'd like to thank Aliya for giving a personal introduction of herself to everyone on the coach by meeting them at they're seats individually - she made everyone feel comfortable instantly.

The journey itself was smooth and comfortable, with excellent organisation that made everything feel stress-free. Upon arrival, the visit to Cambridge Masjid was truly inspiring. The mosque is beautifully designed, peaceful, and welcoming, offering a serene atmosphere for reflection. The architecture is stunning, blending traditional and modern elements in a way that makes it both unique and uplifting.

After the visit, we had the chance to explore the charming town of Cambridge. The historic streets, picturesque views, and vibrant atmosphere made it a delight to walk around. There was plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings, whether browsing shops, taking photos, or simply soaking in the beauty of the area.

Overall, the trip was well-planned, enjoyable, and memorable. A perfect balance of spiritual enrichment and leisure.

Went on a Lake District trip today with Trip and Tour UK and honestly had a great time. Everything was well organised, they gave clear briefings, and the coach was on time which made the whole journey smooth. The vibe was really nice and friendly too. I went on the coach trip today to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and it was such a lovely journey from start to finish. The coach itself was great — very clean, comfortable, and the drive was smooth with no issues at all.

I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Hamzah, who was in charge of the trip. He was absolutely amazing and truly made the experience even better. He kept everyone entertained, answered all our questions, played music, and took everyone’s suggestions on board. He made sure the coach stayed clean, handed out bags to everyone, and regularly checked in to see if anyone needed anything.

When we got back, he even took the time to ask us how our day was, what we did, and about our overall experience at Winter Wonderland. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out.

Hamzah was awesome and definitely deserves recognition for how well he looked after everyone. I would 100% recommend this coach trip and would happily travel again.
