Tripzumi is conning me

Tripzumi is not good with customer service when it comes to refunding the cancelled flight ticket prices. It is more than a year since my claim, but no new status from them other than that they are waiting from the airline to refund. I have spoken to the airline they had refunded them 6 months ago and still Tripzumi is not refunding my money or giving me an update on the status. They are frauds. Please stay clear from them, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Worst company

Worst company. They are not returning my money back. Make my trip has refunded all the money but this is the only one who is not refunding. They are a big lier - first they lied that airlines didn't refund the money back, then when I cc'd Singapore airlines in the same email airlines said we have refunded money 5 months back, then this company said yeah we received money and we will transfer you back in 10 days, they didn't and the reason they gave was there is some problem going on with the transaction. Do not ever book your tickets with this company. They can stoop down to any level you could think of. Now they have stopped responding to the emails.

Avoid this company like Corona

We booked tickets last October 19 for 7 family members (some living separate) for flights to india to travel end of Mar 20. Due to Covid flights were cancelled. We booked with 4 different agents through Skyscanner as we were paying using 4 cards. One of the company we used for 1 ticket was Tripzumi. All flights were booked for airline Uzbekistan. All the other 3 companies have refunded our money as per the rules and law but Tripzumi are a law to themselves and are blaming Uzbekistan airlines for not refunding the money. They are a company I personally would advise to steer clear. I do not normally write a bad review unless it’s really bad! I can prove we have been refunded from the other companies but this company will not budge!

Our flight was cancelled by Emirates in…

Our flight was cancelled by Emirates in April. we requested a refund in May. they said there is a backlog with Emirates and it takes 6 months for a refund. I called Emirates and they said this is not true. I have not heard anything back from tripzumi. is this illegal. what can we do.

Extremely poor customer service I was…

Extremely poor customer service I was misinformed about my refund options for flight cancelled due to covid. Waited 2 months for a credit voucher I wasnt even entitled to and then another 2 months for a refund. Still dont have refund and they are trying to charge an admin charge to get my money back even though I have it in writing from them they wouldn't. I would never use again.

what a bad experience with Tripzumi

My flights are cancelled due to Covid-19 and I couldnt get any refund from them !!! Their staff is so bad. They are doing nothing, nothing and nothing. I have talked to the airlines and agrred with them on refunds and vouchers etc.. I am sending the mails from airlines to them but still they are not doing anything..

No return of money from a cancelled flight

I booked a flight with these and to start off with all was going okay. I asked for changes to my tickets and even though they said they were done there was no real evidence ever came through.
My flight was cancelled to Thailand as it was going through Shanghai and due to the C virus that was understandable. However Tripzumi even though they took my money will not give me it back. They said they are waiting for the airline to give it to them before they can give it back, however they have not told me or evidenced that they are speaking with them or when this will happen. The refund policy says 5 to 11 days. This as now been well over that time and still no news.

Good experience.

Well they're certainly legitimate. I was a bit worried about the lack of reviews online. Purchased return tickets from UK to Japan, seems like a good price. All in all, a pleasant experience. Communication could have been a little quicker.
