Quick customer service and a quick resolution

Oyebola is the best Customer service agent I've interacted with in Tritek very understanding and patient, no matter the number of questions i ask or challenges she's always there. She's simply Amazing.

Larry Sonunam was very professional and supportive throughout our MS Project planning session. As the Project Planner, I particularly appreciated how he clarified areas of the project plan that I needed to understand and explained things in a clear and practical way. The session was very informative, and our team learned a lot from his guidance. I look forward to working with Larry Sonunam again in the future. Highly recommended.

I had issue accessing the recording of Coffee chat session of 18 Aug 2026 as the link was locked despite my having logged in to TDL. This was escalated to Oyebola and under 2 minutes she resolved the challenge after I supplied my email address to her. My customer service experience with Oyebola is second to none, her professionalism is top notch.

Learning was amazing.sonunam Larry was supportive.

Having a member of staff who is always will to guide and direct whenever there is a blocker, Taiwo is an amazing addition to the team

This would be my second training with Tritek and I think as the company has grown bigger , they have become more sloppy. The staff turnover is high which didn’t help my team during the practical sessions. Different personnel with their way of doing things meant the project dragged for long eventually killing the morale of the learners. I must say my second experience was not up good.

Divine gave prompt attention to my issue and ensured I was satisfied in the end.

I truly am elated for the support I get so far from Tritek Staff most especially from Divine. The webinar we had was quite interesting and interactive and she calmly takes time to explain points in details to our understanding. Thanks a bunch Divine!!!

Had a meeting with the programme office represented by Laary. The meeting was an eye opener and clarified most grey areas to our project.

I had a great learning experience with Tritek. The course was well structured, practical, and provided me with valuable knowledge and skills that I can apply in real-world projects. The training was engaging, and the project phase helped reinforce everything I learned.
