Good customer service and clear information

We recently had to end our utility contracts managed by Tritility due to an office relocation. Our Account Manager, Joshua Cameron, managed the whole process from start to finish, clearly explaining what was needed, forwarding everything to the relevant companies, and keeping us updated throughout.

Joshua’s support took a real layer of stress out of our move and made the whole process much easier.

Having been inundated by pushy energy companies trying to sell our company a renewal, quoting figures not based on our actual usage figures so their prices seemed low, I found Tritility and in particular Kieron and Liam Treanor to be absolutely on point, they were knowledgeable, diligent and determined to get our business the best renewal price. They were friendly, helpful, professional and extremely persistent so we chose to go with them, we really hope to receive the same excellent level of customer service during our 3 year contract.

Working with Tritility has been a breath of fresh air. We have received expert knowledge of the market and good recommendations for future energy contracts. Contracts have been put in place for both gas and electricity with great efficiency for multiple sites and help received in the switching process and setting up of new portals. The support we continue to receive has been excellent and, of note, our Customer Services Account Manager, Samuel Ekwealor has been supportive in dealing with anything that as arisen. I would thoroughly recommend.

We've worked with Tritility for at least 5 years now. They've seen us through two renewals for both our gas and electricity; once staying with the same supplier, and the latest transferring to a different supplier. On each occasion Rachel kept in touch throughout the process and ensured smooth transition. Rachel also keeps in touch throughout the year, regularly checking in to make sure we are happy with the service and whether there is anything we need.
The level of customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend.

As always Rachel Swan is great to work with. I am always kept up to date with market prices, renewals and she has been a great help with looking at green tariffs to help with our company ESG. Rachel is always very communicative and responds quickly which is a big help!

Massive daily standing charge of £3.35 per day. Couldnt exit contract for 2 years. Then they wont get bad Trustpilot review, because they claim Im not their customer. Yet Tritility were the broker on the Supply contract!

We had a few issues with our previous energy supplier. David Whitehead at Tritility was a massive help and updated us throughout the process.

This company reached out to me by phone in 2020 and although I'm normally weary about calls out of the blue claiming to save me thousands, this one actually turned out to be true.
They set me up with a contract that beat my current supplier renewal by £5,700 / year. They allowed me to have a fixed price from 2020 all the way through to March this year so we were completely unaffected by the energy crisis over the past 5 years.
More recently Rachel Swan managed to reduce my kVa band from £18.26 to £8.24 / day saving me a further £3.5k / year.
Whenever I have had problems with my supplier Tritility steps in to handle it.
Rachel regularly check in on how the contracts are doing and I feel in very safe hands. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Awful experience. Conned an old lady into signing a contract that was never workable by using her personal mail address. Hounded her time and again and pressured her to sign. Left the club in a terrible situation then washed there hands of it and denied all responsibility even though it cost her good name abd standing avoid you have no reason to ever use a broker... go straight to a supplier

I honestly can't thank Rachel enough for everything she has done for me over the past few years. She is so much more than a salesperson she genuinely cares about her customers and always goes the extra mile to help.
No matter what the issue is, Rachel always takes the time to listen, offer advice, and find the best solution. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and no job is ever too difficult. Her patience, kindness, and passion for what she does really shine through every time we speak.
What means the most to me is that even after I signed my 3 year fixed contracts, Rachel didn't just disappear. She has continued to support me with ongoing supply issues that I've been dealing with for over 5 years. She has always been there whenever I've needed her, even when she had no obligation to be.
In today's world, it's rare to find someone who is so dedicated, genuine, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Rachel has made a real difference to my experience, and I truly appreciate everything she has done for me.

Joshua Cameron became my account manager after many changes and I must say he is the most efficient, friendly manager I have had. He has listened to my needs and acted accordingly and always followed up on any query.
We have now sold the properties Joshua was dealing with so I wish him the very best of luck - he has definitely found the right role for himself.
