I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tritility, particularly Louis, Mick, and Carl, for the past few months, and the service has been outstanding. From contracts and costings to ongoing support, their attention to detail and responsiveness are second to none. Lately, Louis has been a huge help with novations, COTs, and billing issues. They not only found me a great deal for my utilities, but it was so refreshing to receive amazing good old fashioned, high level customer service! All of the team that I have had contact with were attentive and friendly and David Whitehead, who dealt with my switch literally went above and beyond to investigate some issues that I experienced with my previous supplier and the matter was resolved swiftly and confidently.
