We are very sorry that one of the trophies was supplied with the incorrect wording. Although we have checking processes in place, human errors can occasionally happen, and we always do our best to put things right as quickly as possible.
As discussed, we have already arranged a replacement engraved plate for you, which can be fitted easily in place of the incorrect one.
Please accept our apologies again for the mistake and any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that part of your order arrived damaged and that this caused disappointment.
As soon as you placed your order, we asked when the trophies were needed for and made sure the order was delivered before your presentation. When we were made aware that one trophy had arrived damaged, we arranged a replacement immediately and dispatched it on a Saturday morning delivery service.
We completely understand how frustrating it is when something arrives damaged, but we will always do everything we can to put any issue right as quickly as possible. We are pleased we have since been able to speak with you directly and resolve this.
