Support quality was very disappointing
Support quality was very disappointing. Getting proper assistance felt unnecessarily complicated, and responses were often unclear or incomplete.
Simple issues took too long to resolve, which made the overall experience frustrating. Communication lacked clarity and efficiency throughout.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

They also had their Legal head talk to me about law school since I am going to Law School

From my experience
From my experience, the communication was quite poor and came across as unhelpful rather than supportive. When reaching out about a service, you expect a certain level of professionalism, which unfortunately was missing here. This makes me question how effectively they would deal with actual customer problems.
Another major concern is their lack of transparency. Their status page is currently offline all service is down, and there haven’t been any updates shared with clients on Discord either. Situations like this should be communicated clearly, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
Overall, this experience has raised several red flags for me. I would personally recommend exploring other options, as this service does not appear reliable and gives off a questionable impression.

Tried to bribe me to remove my reviews. They banned me from the discord the first time for disagreeing with a deal so I made another account but smth else and I bought smth then they said they’re no longer supporting me and said I will recieve a full refund and I never did
