Wrong item. Not contactable in any way, no refund/exchange
I received the wrong item from this company 2 weeks after I placed my order. The only return/exchange option is via email, but the email does not exist, it keeps bouncing back. There is a UK phone number - no answer there either.

Please take really good care with Tropic Soul
I just wanted to alert all trustpilot users to a website called tropicsoul. I bought two (somewhat overpriced but hey ho) tops for Pilates. The tops did not arrive. The customer service links do not work - the emails bounced back, and the (mobile) phone number for customer support just takes you to a voice message. I have tried to contact them over a dozen times to no effect. They have a lovely looking website and the company address is in Mayfair but upon checking their companies house information I discovered that the company is newly incorporated. Please do take very great care.
