Once Travelers book, they’ll hear next steps and any preparation info they need to know going into their trip. Typically, Travelers and Hosts will be connected in a shared chat in advance of the trip so everyone can get to know each other and get excited. Helpful reminders on what to pack, how to prepare, visa requirements, passports, vaccines... It's all there to help you every step of the way. First time user. Easy to book. The communication about payment dates could be a little clearer. The picture was wrong for one of the emails, it was another group host. I would use it again definitely.

Trova Trip will continue to be my go to for solo travel…
My trip to Banff Canada was nothing short of spectacular! Trova answered questions I directly asked prior to the trip. They provided timely communication to prepare me for the necessities I would need to pack. During the trip the guides were very prepared for everything and really went above and beyond for our experience to be so memorable.

Straightforward booking and trip info, great trip
Booking was easy, everything scheduled was as outlined in the itinerary, the local guides and accommodations were amazing. The food was incredible.

I loved this entire expereince
I loved this entire expereince! It was truly something special. There was a good mix of activities and sightseeing. Our tour host, Dana, did a great job curating the activities and our local guide, Rani, was so nice, friendly, & informative. I wish there were more free optional things to do like, free walking tours and moderate hikes or planned beach time. Also, if there was an option to reserve optional nearby activities like spa info and such would have been helpful. Thank you!

On each trip page, you may notice that accommodations are sometimes listed as “or similar.” This is because availability can change, and occasionally our local operating partners need to source alternate properties if the original hotel becomes fully booked.
That said, when substitutions are made, our partners strive to ensure the accommodations are comparable in quality, amenities, and star rating to what was originally advertised. We appreciate you calling this out and will review the details to ensure everything aligns with that standard.
Just a bunch of lads in Greece
Just a bunch of lads in Greece eating delicious cuisines, learning about extensive history and culture, and quoting movies. Our Guide Alex was amazing making our trip 10X with amazing food recommendations, giving us the run down on history of places we drive by and see, as well as being there for one of the guys in our group for when he got injured helping the process for him move along a lot faster than it would have been if he were alone.

Amazing trip!!
The entire trip from start to finish was amazing. I cannot speak highly enough for our local guide - she was so knowledgeable and fun! The organization and agenda was also fantastic. Honestly I would do it all over again for the same experience.

Accomodations & App
The Host, Guide and driver where amazing. The accomodations where okay. I wish they had more options or changed the pre & post trip accomodations. I stayed at the same hotel twice. The fire alarm kept going off on my last night and the jacuzzi really never got hot.
The food was good at both accomodations.
Your app kinda sucks. It doesn't show pre or post trip accomodations and your customer service is lacking. Investing in a better platform would help and having additional hours of operations and making it easier to talk to a live person would be amazing.
Overall great trip.
Hospitality everywhere in Costa Rica was AMAZING!!

TrovaTrip was great for my first…
TrovaTrip was great for my first European trip - I felt prepared and was excited about all of the excursions planned. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to change my stay (booked an extra night at the hotel, but then had to leave early) and they would not refund me for that night which is very disappointing.
