I’m up two or three times a night to go to the bathroom and I get to sleep fast and I can go back to sleep quickly as well. I can get an average of eight hours sleep per night.

Tru CBN is a total scam
This is a total scam! I had zero positive results and corresponded every two or three days. they told me ti increase to 3, 4 or 5 capsules per night. I tried 2 per night, nothing, awake at 02:30 and unable to fall back to sleep. I contacted for a refund per their 30 day guarantee and they sent me a code for 10% off of my next purchase. A scam, a bunch of crooks, do not buy this product!!!

I’m getting better deep sleep and…
I’m getting better deep sleep and better REM sleep. Overall still not sleeping through the night but wake up feeling good. I take two at bedtime. My husband takes one and he’s been doing better as well. Still not complete nights sleep but improving. We’ll keep taking and see how it goes. It’s definitely part of our routine.

Post Surgical Pain
For months following my surgery, I would have enough pain to wake me up repeatedly overnight. It was so frustrating. Doctors don’t hand out sleeping pills & none of the usual OTC sleep aids worked. Helps me fall asleep but doesn't help me stay asleep
I have been taking them for a couple of weeks. They do help me fall asleep but I wake up almost every night in the middle of the night. I am up for a short time so it does help me fall back to sleep and I am not groggy when I wake up in the morning. Just wish you would help me sleep throughout the night rather than waking up in the middle of the night and have a disturbed sleep

This stuff doesn't work. At all. Like most "natural" supplements. Took it 4 nights in a row, as directed, and it had zero effect on helping me fall asleep. Zero. Don't waste your time or money.

At first I would say they were not working, but I upped the dose and took 2 soft gels and that did not work. Took three and they work very well. Does not knock me out, but I sleep through the night. Have not slept like this in 15 years when I first was diagnosed with insomnia.

All products do not work for all people. This Product did not work for me, but their customer service and follow up are outstanding.
