They use disjointed services(whcms +. Plugins) and no support

They use interconnected services that have broken pipelines for example you pay for a service then they tell you that's not available. I created a high priority ticket and it hasn't been responded to for a month. When you request for support you chat with a bot and the only support available is technical, no billing support and so on.

truehost is a big scam. no customer support you only chat with a confused ai robot. my domain was stolen from truehost. they dont have valid offices.

TRUEHOST IS A SCAM

Do not waste your time and money at truehost. Their services are poor. Even trying to login into my own account is hectic. I asked for a refund after buying a domain and I am yet to get it. It been 24hrs and the Billing team have not reached out to me.

Customer service

Today I called Truehost regarding my domain. I immediately got served by Emmanuel, he actually went ahead and reassured me that it was just a matter of minutes and true to his words my renewal domain is live. The service was Magical.

My experience with Truehost has been shocking and very dissapointing

My experience with Truehost has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the beginning, the service has been unreliable and the support has been very poor. Issues that should have been simple to resolve were left unresolved for long periods of time, and in many cases the support team either gave vague responses or stopped responding altogether.

I repeatedly experienced technical problems with my hosting service, and despite contacting support multiple times, the issues were never properly fixed. It felt like I was constantly chasing answers instead of receiving real assistance. For a hosting provider, reliability and responsive support are essential, and unfortunately this has not been my experience with Truehost.

What made the situation worse is that problems were often acknowledged but never actually resolved. As a customer, that leaves you feeling ignored and misled. Based on my experience, the service did not deliver what was promised, and the support system did not provide the help needed when things went wrong.

This has been one of the worst service experiences I have had with a hosting provider. I would strongly advise anyone considering Truehost to do very careful research before committing to their services. They offer cheap rates but that should say it all.... I am returning to my old service provider where i never had issues

Developers be ware!! This is the worst company to host your services with. Their customer support team is full of incompetent, uderqualified people and quacks. I registered a new domain on their platform but mispelt the email address by one character. I pleaded with their crazy support team to correct that mistake but they couldn't. In the end, I lost the money that I spent on registering the new domain. In addition, the client for whom I was registering the domain ditched my services. I lost a rare opportunity to sell a sacco software to a client who was so interested in it. Strangely, this company did not care despite informing them several times that my contract was just about to be cancelled because of such a minor issue.

Stop Wasting Your Money

I strongly advise against using Truehost. I’ve migrated all my clients’ websites away from them due to ongoing reliability issues.

Their servers are frequently down, causing serious disruptions. Recently, I was unable to access one of my websites, and email services completely stopped working, despite my domain and hosting being fully active and paid up.

To make matters worse, their support has been replaced with AI chatbots that are completely unhelpful. The chatbot provided irrelevant responses and no real assistance. After 48 hours, there was still no resolution.

If you value uptime, proper support, and peace of mind, I recommend looking elsewhere. Don’t waste your money.
