Toner was good. But it prints better from an email than it copies. Don't copy too well. Colors are dull. Still happy with the product and price.

I had an issue with one of the ink cartridges being recognized by my printer. I called customer service, the phone was answered by a real person (Eddy), and he was very helpful. Immediately offered me a replacement if we couldn't resolve the issue over the phone. In the meantime, my printer decided to cooperate so no replacement was needed. Black 910xl works great in HP 8035
So far only tried a black 910xl cartridge in HP 8035 printer, but it prints great and no issues with compatibility or displaying ink levels correctly.

My printer (Brother HL-L3270CDW series)…
My printer (Brother HL-L3270CDW series) needed new ink. I ordered from Amazon. Product appeared not to fit, so I returned it to Amazon. I then ordered from True Image and thought I had the same problem. They responded to my email with complete instructions on how to install. I had no idea replacement cartridges went inside existing drum unit after removal of old cartridge. No such info came from Amazon.
