I have a problem with my education verification status and tried to contact the customer support multiple times and it have been 3 days since the customer support told me that they will contact the tech support but there’s no improvement since my issue occurred!

horrible experience
horrible experience! I submitted my documents 43 days ago and after estimation and review, they provided that the completion date will be 20 March. I waited patiently and only on 20 March reached to the support services to understand how much more time is required. They confirmed that the validation has been completed already and that they just need to prepare the report. Today, it's day number 42 (instead of expected 30 days) and whenever I ask them to provide update - they say they have no idea when it will be ready. It's the most incompetent firm that deals with the documents! I don't understand why the reports (which are not prepared manually when the data is validated) takes more than 8 days and that they can't even provide the estimated day of competition. This is a scam firm!

Great customer service
The process went smoothly, specially because of person named Joemar, who guided me through the setup, provided regular updates and was extremely professional. The website needs improvement as it only focuses on medical profession and is not very user friendly.

We were a bit confused with the flow…
We were a bit confused with the flow actually. In the end, we found out that we need to pay first then only proceed with uploading the documents.
We are a bit hesitate to make the payment at first because we do not have the options of uploading the documents beforehand. We were scared that did we overlooked the option somewhere and we make the payment for nothing.
But everything was fine in the end, so now we learned that we have to make payments first then upload the documents that we want to verify.
