Very poor experience!
The process took forever. I felt harassed with their emails. They were not professional and it felt they were fishing. There were so many things, and after reading their guidelines in how to write a useful review, I feel I am not free to give my honest feedback.

Negative experience
1. Trueprofile didn’t the know the correct process to verify my documents and didnt allow me to upload my documents for approximately a month because they wanted a receipt that I couldn’t get because I had to first upload my documents to apply for a verification fee from my university.
2. The process posted for the data verification from ain-shams university was incorrect.
3. I had to email several times to explain the correct process after I had sent many family relatives to ask what should be done in the university.
4. Despite all these mistakes the verification process still took a couple of weeks.
5. Once the verification was done I couldn’t open the report and had to email to get a copy of the report.
The process was inconvenient and delayed my paperwork for 2 months!
