TruGreen - Austin Avis 4

I paid for a service contract up front for lawn and shrub care. During the year the weeds have never disappeared infact they are worse, and I lost over 8 trees to disease. The service is not thorough. Even after calling customer service to enquire how many treatments I had left I still got charged an extra $600 dollars which is non refundable for visits that they stated were re visits for the poor service. Do not waste your money

They don't listen to the customer they no organization whatsoever bad Communications

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THEIR SERVICES ARE AWEFUL. THEY WILL NOT HESITATE TO STEEL YOUR MONEY!!!

We initially had an adequate experience with TruGreen. We had an excellent service rep. When we moved, we decided to stay with them. We have a larger yard now and we noticed that it was not living up to what we had experienced. We had a different rep but had a very poor visit which we complained about to the company. They took care of the issue, however, we decide that since we had not really had a good experience overall since moving, we would cancel our service. 3 months later having contacted to cancel the service, we were still getting notification of service to be delivered. We contacted to cancel again and spent over 20 minutes on the phone with someone who really didn't want to cancel our service. Our request to speak to a manager went in one ear and out another until my only response to any question was "Please cancel our service". At the beginning of the call, I might have considered them in the future should circumstances change - however, never again. Good thing about a very satisfied customer is that they continue to pay and bring business with them - dissatisfied customers tell everyone they know and anyone who will listen. Consider yourself warned.
