If I could rate a zero I would.Auto renew me on a leased property and tried to charge me for the service . Buyer beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Searched TruGreen per my sister mentioned them, got a quote online, and then checked customer reviews, appx 80% of reviews are 1 star, so I decided not to use them. The very next day there was a man named Erick from TruGreen at my door, I did not ask him to be here. I listened to what he had to say and it sounded good. He got me to sign up for 8 treatments. I gave him my credit card info and he left. Appx one week goes by and nothing, I called to cancel and he said a tech will be out tomorrow, waited all day and the tech arrived @ 6:00 pm, I watched him through my window and he spent 8 to 10 minutes tops in my yard, he missed 65% of the weeds, I went outside after he left and a few weeds were wet from the solution he put down with a sprayer, and all the rest/ the majority of the weeds were bone dry. I called to cancel the service and told them I would pay for the one trip, even though I felt ripped off, then they tell me they will return as many times as necessary to please me. They just don't get it, I have a life and it's not staying at home waiting on them, if you can't do it right the first time for a new customer, you won't the rest of the remaining times. I will just purchase weed and feed from The Home Depot and do it myself. Now I know why the meaning is, if you want something done right, do it yourself.
