TruGreen - Myrtle Beach Avis 3

Began service last June for a one year agreement. Contracted number of services were not completed last year and would rollover this calendar year. However, we are billed for some of those contracted. A couple of emails to their support department response with confusing reply’s.

We've repeatedly for over a year tried to be cooperative and understanding with no positive outcome or responses. 90% of the time no one responses not to mention that your usually on hold literally almost half the day. I've observed getting only partial treatments. When able to speak to someone have been asked to be patient with them and promised to have someone come out to correct issues none of which ever happens. In over a year of services one would think things would be smoothed out. A lot of money spent for nothing. Worst service I've ever seen or paid for.

When I made the initial call to Trugreen, I was very explicit in that I wanted to speak with somebody here on site to determine just what the problem is before any work is to be done. I was told that it would be no problem, but I needed to put a credit card on file first. The individual I was speaking with said they wanted to make sure that I was serious. That was my first red flag, but I gave him my credit card anyway. Out of nowhere, I'm getting all these scheduled services by email. I canceled three of them one after another. I made numerous phone calls to TruGreen, and reminded them that I was very explicit about speaking with somebody first before any services are performed. I'm very happy that I canceled all services, and deleted my credit card... Or should I say had them delete my credit card from their file.
How can you possibly solve a problem when you don't assess what the problem is first? This company grew way too big.
