Visiting friends
I was visiting a friend and the trugreen tech. showed up and dragged his chemical hose across the bumper of my 2022 3 month old car too the painy off and scratched the back end. 970.40$ Worth of damage. Promised me to fix the problem 3 different customer service workers and a supervisor promised me the claims adjuster would call...still waiting bunch of liars

This company ranks as one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Do not prepay for service. Doing so moves you to the back of the line. After being with them for a few years they repeated cancel and reschedule treatments and have failed to effectively address problems. Crabgrass and weed control ineffective even after repeated follow-up treatments. Also repeated failures to respond beyond scripted messages. Save your money and look elsewhere. It really should not be this hard to do business with any company. They didn’t even try to save our account when we requested it be closed due to poor performance. That says it all!

Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst, second to none lawn service company ever!!!! I cannot express with words how absolutely terrible this company is and after almost two years, they clearly are proud of sucking. If being the most unprofessional and uncaring is what they were going for, congratulations they achieved success. Save your money, save your time and save your lawn and never engage with them. Why for all the reasons others wrote about and so much more. Trust me they suck and they know it!!!!
