TruGreen - Savannah Avis 5

I have used TrueGreen for over 10 years. Last year was terrible resulting in part of my back yard dead. They has manager come last October and said they would replace the sod in the spring if it did not come back. Came out in April and agreed to replace sod. Next thing I heard from new manager that they would not replace the sod. After many discussions with MANY different people they refused to accept responsibility for my dead grass and terrible lawn. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Company is a scam. I think they sprayed weed fertilizer on the lawn. I used to do my own weed and feed applications. I had mostly grass with patches of weeds. Since truegreen took over, i now have a lawn covered in weeds with a few patches of grass. When they arrived the first time the technician started naming the weeds. I thought that this company must know what they're doing. WRONG. I called them back on two occasions and they sent someone out to fertilize the weeds. I had two patches of dollar weed and I still have two patches of dollar weed. I fired them and hired a different company. My sister warned me about them but I ignored her. Do not hire this scam company.

My name is Reena Camel, I installed new sod about three years . To put it mildly my yard looks like crap now , and the worst part of all I’m being told it’s my fault . I installed new sod three years ago TruGreen is the only company that has treated my yard . They could not fix the weed problem it wasn’t until about year two they decided to do a soil sample “ which they said should have been done by them prior to it getting worse “. I’m a 100% disabled veteran I counted on TrueGreen to take of this and they failed me , why could they not just simply replace the sod . And why on earth am I somehow the blame for this when I hired what were supposed to be the experts. I was would love some relief in this matter but I simply keep getting I know how you feel , we’re sorry those sentiments don’t replace my lawn it’s depressing to drive up to my beautiful home with the horrible yard !!!!!

I recently cancelled my yearly, service with True Green due to the QUALITY and LACK OF SERVICE I was getting for my hard earned money, on several occasions the Techs would out right LIE about what services they've done after we actually watched them (thru window ) NOT do the service and place FLAGS for treatments they did not do. The company would always schedule a re-service, but send another LAZY Mis-trustful Tech. when I cancelled my yearly service they DID refund me full amount, However when checking my bank accts and Credit cards I did notice SOME SLICK LOWLIFE noticed I had a ONE TIME SERVICE back in OCT 2021 and Hit that card for $151.00 , a card that had NOTHING to do with the yearly cancelled service. I called and I'm in the waiting period for my refund....KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY, AND KEEP A FOLDER OF ALL SERVICES AND TRANSACTIONS

Twice in 8 months, techs indicated they had performed our service when they had actually not showed up. In month 4 techs overlooked obvious weeds. By the time they finally treated them, the weeds were so thick that they left a long, black stretch of exposed earth across our front lawn. We have frequently requested a call from management but none has been forthcoming. Absolutely no response to concerns.
