I ordered a step rail for my truck from these guys and it was damaged in transit. When I sent them the pictures they immediately sent a replacement that got here just days later. They couldn’t control what FedEx did to the package but they made it right quickly. The step looks and works great too

Bought a 2024 Tacoma TRD Offroad and joined facebook groups to learn about accessories in order to determine the best value and quality products. After a lot of research, I ordered the Trumgeta 5.5" running boards at 1/3 the cost of OEM running boards. Since I live in Hawaii, I had to order via Amazon to help with shipping costs as most mainland companies only ship to 48 states. Once I received them, the fit was excellent and material quality was very sturdy. Easy to install with good instructions. Running boards are very solid and they look great. I also installed the Trumgeta bed rack that is compatible with my SyneticUSA retractable cover with T slots. Once again, the engineering design and instructions were perfect. The hardware was labeled to help with installation. The rack was super easy to install and is very sturdy and functional. Again, the price was at least 1/3 of the cost of equivalent Thule or Yakima products without sacrificing any material or design quality! Customer service was responsive - my only request was for locking nuts to prevent theft of the racks by simply unbolting using a wrench. This is currently not available from Trumgeta, however, I was able to find some locking M8 nuts on Amazon with ease - so this will solve the locking /theft deterrent issue for my use. So far I am very happy with the fitment, design, and material quality of Trumgeta. There are so many brands out there for accessories, and in the future I will definitely use Trumgeta products as my first source.

I purchased the Trumgeta side steps in February for my 2026 Toyota Tacoma Off Road. I found a minor issue that their customer service team responded to quickly and resolved everything without any hassle, which really impressed me. It’s rare to see that level of support these days.

The steps themselves are lightweight, solidly built, and feel high‑quality once installed. They look great on the truck and provide a sturdy, comfortable step. After the quick resolution and seeing the final result, I’m very happy with the purchase.

I mounted a fly rod vault with some modifications. The vault foot clamps weren’t wide enough for the cross bar. Nothing some U bolts didn’t fix!

I needed a truck rack for my 2024 Chevy 2500HD (Diesel; Reg Bed) and really liked the features of the Trumgeta product as shown online...anodized black aluminum, adjustable height and sleek appearance. I had another vendors T-track rolling bedcover installed and wanted to find a rack to interface with the T-track. But there was not a Trumgeta model identified for my truck. I contacted the tech folks at Trumgeta and had a very good experience interacting with them, measuring my truck bed cover T-rail etc and after a thorough discourse about the dimensions and fitment particulars, we mutually agreed to attempt the installation. I purchased the unit (originally intended for Chevy 15oo series; no side bars) and completed the installation myself. It fits great and is a super addition to my rig. Very sturdy and attractive. Will definitely recommend others to consider the purchase.

I don't write reviews. But based on the service provided prior to and after receiving the rack I am pleasantly surprised. Multiple e-mails to help select the correct rack. And quick responses.

Just ordered my bed ladder rack for a 26 tundra with a BAK REVOLVER hard roll cover with t slots.
Spoke with a representative of Trumgeta who recommended a fitting product. It arrived quickly and well packaged.
As I began installing, the assembly was not hard but the t slot hardware included didn't work on my bed cover. Spoke again with the company and they shipped out new bolts as we had discussed that do fit my t slots.
Very thoughtful so far. Will update once installed for final impression.
