Trunk Series Avis 29

I was sent the wrong item which I am sending back and will not be able to receive the correct item because now it is sold out.

I received a reply from this company which was less than sympathetic and included this wording:

“However, I would kindly ask that we keep the tone of our communications respectful. We are committed to providing the best possible service and support, and we believe that positive and constructive dialogue will help us resolve any issues more effectively.”

I was taken aback by this as I was not rude in my communications with this company and also I have ordered other items from them so I could even be considered ‘a good customer ‘

I will look forward to receiving a refund promised once they receive the incorrect item that I have returned to them.

However their correspondence with me has left a bad taste in my mouth so I will no longer be their customer.

I have this to my boyfriend as a Valentine’s Day gift. He LOVEs It! Will for sure become a staple in his wardrobe as he’s a high R&B fan. Also, so comfy.
