I had a wonderful experience working with Truoba to design my ADU. The architects were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they were able to create a custom design that met all of my needs and preferences. I was also impressed with the level of customization that Truoba offers. I was able to make changes to the floor plan, the exterior design, and the interior finishes. Truoba was also very responsive to my questions and requests, and they always made sure that I was happy with the design process.

I was particularly impressed with Truoba's patience and attention to detail. They were always willing to answer my questions and help me understand the design process. They also took the time to make sure that the plans were well-organized and easy to understand. This was important to me, as I wanted to be able to communicate the plans to contractors and tradespeople.

We love our customized floorplan from Truoba! Customizations were fast and easy and look great. All correspondence was clear, concise, and replies were quick. The entire process has been exceptional. If you find a Truoba floorplan you're interested in but think you might want a few changes, I would highly recommend contacting them. They have been great to work with!

Working with the Truoba architect, Ignas, was a pleasure. Prompt responses to all requests and he has done a wonderful job modifying the base plan. I ended up removing a bed room and changed the roof pitch to reduce the overall square footage and height. The best of the house plan is the perfect thoughtful flow of the rooms which I could not find elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Ignas and team were wonderful to work with! The pricing is transparent and fair. And their response time was lightening fast throughout the entire process.

My lot is sloped, and because of various set back and creek ordinances, there was only a small buildable area and a limit to the square footage of the footprint. The Truoba team designed my dream home within those limitations! They also provided valuable insight along the way about how different approaches would impact the building costs, etc.

The end result is truly perfect for me! I couldn't be happier with the floor plan and the exterior is gorgeous! I can't recommend Truoba highly enough!!

We have searched for over two years for our home plans but nothing felt right. Then we found Truoba! We were able to customize one of the plans and make it our own. They brought my dream to life. It was incredibly easy and the architect was very responsive. I had many questions and often asked for additionally adjustments. It was never a problem! I wasn't made to feel like I was bothering them or asking too much, which was really important to me. Purchasing the plans was easy and they are so detailed. I would highly recommend them.

We needed to modify a design to best fit the topography and climate of our location. The designers were immediately responsive and worked quickly and tirelessly through several drafts to arrive at a completed custom design. The cost to modify and customize the design was quite reasonable. Ultimately we are extremely pleased with the design and service Truoba has provided. Only regret is not finding Truoba first when we started looking for plans.

We recently got our final design plans from Truoba and couldn’t be happier. When looking for a house plan we scoured the internet looking at hundreds if not thousands of plans and not finding what we were looking for, that being something unique and modern without being too out there. We were elated to find Truoba and then the only difficulty we had was picking from all their great designs! When their newest design #1622 came out, we knew we’d found the perfect fit for our property. Truoba worked with us to make a few minor changes and had the plans back to us in less than a week! We were slightly hesitant to work with an online company rather than someone local but we are so glad we did and couldn’t be happier. You can have full confidence in Truoba’s professionalism, expertise, timely communication and fast turn around time with changes and drawings. We are so excited to start this project. I have never built from scratch and my local architects were all very very expensive and busy. I found Truoba online and loved their style. They were able to adjust the size of my project and integrate my custom ideas and needs in a seamless manner and do it in just a few days instead of weeks or months. Everything about this experience to date has been top notch and professional. I look forward to working with them through out this project and on to the next phase in the near future.

Trouba is a fantastic source for modern floor plans. Their process of modifying the plans is easy. They are extremely nice to work with and their pricing is excellent.

fantastic experience with Truoba. The drawing set is very complete and covers things that my builder said he only sees in very high end drawing packets. Working with the Truoba team was a dream - very responsive and willing to work with us on modifications etc. Would use again if the need ever arose without any concerns. only gave 5 stars because there is not option for 6!!

I am overjoyed my Truoba experience. My new neighbor had used them and recommended I consider them, so I gave them a shot. I was completely delighted in how easy it was to work with Ignas and how collaborative and responsive he was to all requests and conversations. We started with a model and made modifications to fit our needs, but at the last minute had to completely change our plan and luckily a brand new model was made available. Ignas worked with us to make it our own and we could not be happier and more excited to get this project off the ground. The overall process was easy and with the ability to make adjustments, it really makes you feel apart of the process. Would recommend them to anyone looking to build.

I have a difficult building site that required significant modifications to the Mini 222, and Ignas worked with me to come up with a perfect plan for my site and needs. Contractors have really liked the modern Scandinavian style and detailed plans, and I can't wait to build this beautiful mountain home! Working with Ignas and company was a pleasure. We found one of their plans to be almost perfect for our unique lot, and they made all of our requested changes for a very reasonable price. I showed the plans they sent us to a few veteran builders and they were very impressed with the completeness and quality. They were also blown away by the incredible value compared to what their other customers paid for similar plans. Response and turnaround time was also amazing, particularly by construction industry standards.

Ignas was very responsive and customized the plan to fit exactly what we wanted without any hesitation. The experience was so smooth and SO easy. I honestly don't think you'll find a better experience anywhere else. Definitely recommend Truoba!!

This was our second time working Ignas & Truoba. We initially went with the Truoba 320 plan with modifications, but after their development of the Truoba 322 plan we felt it was a better fit to our needs. As before, the experience and modifications we sent to Ignas were beyond our expectations. He incorporated our changes quickly and efficiently and had our finalized plans to us asap. I wouldn't hesitate recommending the firm at all. Our builder was impressed with the thoroughness of the plans & attention to detail.

Oh my gosh! These guys were absolutely AMAZING to work with! We are so excited about our new house!! They were super helpful with design and super patient with our million changes. I recently bought a house plan from Truoba, and it was an excellent experience. Ignas was wonderful to work with to make our plan exactly what we wanted it to be. I spent a year searching for plans and was so delighted when I found Truoba. The plans are so beautiful and unique. I can't wait to see the house come to life!

Responsive, detailed, and accurate to my requests. Truoba took my requests and made them happen. The designer even made a creative suggestion to help save on space.
