I had no idea that TFA no longer trading, it was only in the past couple of days i wondered why my pre-probate payment hadn't been withdrawn. So what happens to the money ive paid for this service

The overall explanation was good but at the end of the calculation, there was an additional fee of 1k, thamount of feritself was already big and the amount of fee itself is as already ghighthen you'll be surprised the there is an added fee was not even disc before that this LPA is same as the powers of attorney

Still waiting for deposit did not give me the correct…
They did not give me the correct information when selling me the product . I asked for a 24 hour cooling off period before taking my deposit. Which they didn't it was out of my bank account within the hour they left . Phoned next day to cancel and asked for my deposit back ,only to be told it will be 28 days before refunded I objected about the time I had to wait I was told then it would be refunded by the end of this week .I still haven't got it . Mark Scott was so helpful
Mark Scott attended our home on time to help us set up a new and updated will which we (my wife and I) have been meaning to do for quite some time. Mark was so helpful and gave us some great advice and subsequently we included a LPA as well as an updated will.
Mark was very knowledgeable and explained the sailent legal points which helped decision making enormously.
