The home inspection was thorough
The home inspection was thorough, the report was easy to read, and I like that they gave options to choose additional reports that might be important to a home buyer. You can also use the report to convert to a checklist to the Seller for repairs and blue tape items. I did watch the video, which gave helpful tips and information. The staff was very pleasant to work with.

Great experience
Great experience - Nick Willmore was an awesome inspector and left me feeling assured our home was in great condition. He provided thorough details and recommendations for us, and even gave us his personal cell in case we had questions in the future. Would recommend to anyone!

Peter was very thorough, yet efficient. In only a couple of hours he inspected and reported on even the smallest of issues. His written report was thorough and included photos of every element he inspected. He also spent time with us, going over his findings and recommendations, and even texted us later to see if we had any additional questions. Best of all he offered advice, opinions, and solutions.
