Damaged food tins on more than one occasion
Ordered 24 cans of dog food. When it arrived a number (9) were damaged in some way. I contacted them and they were quick to reply offering replacements. However I had to follow this up. Today they sent 12 cans as a replacement. Unfortunately 6 of these were damaged in some way. The issue is that the cans are just put in a box with room to move so they get damaged. A slight dent or more. Even though this replacement order had a note to add extra packaging, none was. As my dogs have sensitive digestive systems, hence the reason for buying this food, I can't risk using damaged tins.

Delivery is terrible
Terrible customer service, they do not reply to messages. Multiple times I have ordered and have not received the order and have had to chase their excuse is the courier has lost it which is wearing a bit thin now. Trying to support a small business but will not be using this company again.

We’ve checked your account and can see you’ve been a valued customer with 20+ successful orders in the past, so it’s especially disappointing that your last two deliveries have let you down. We did respond to your email in less than 24 hours, but we understand that doesn’t make up for the frustration caused.
Unfortunately, we’ve experienced some ongoing issues with our delivery partner, DPD, which have impacted a small number of orders. That said, we take full responsibility for your experience and are actively working to prevent this from happening again, with a new order being sent today to be with you on Saturday.
