I ordered this product on may 28, and unbeknownst to me they added me to a recurring recorder for $39.99 which I did authorize. I sent an email and they said they cancelled it and would refund me the $39.99 they charged me for. I have sent numerous emails as I never received my refund and they keep saying it’s being refunded but it’s not. I am very frustrated with them saying they’re going to refund it but I do not believe it anymore as it’s been over 1 month

Never received products
Never received products. Asked where it was after a month & basically got told they can't refund the order because it was already shipped but to keep being patient. If I ever receive the product maybe I could review if it actually works. Unfortunately I would give zero stars since I never got it. Feels more like a scam to be honest.

Smells dusty, surprise reoccurring charges 👎
Their perfume does not smell good. Rubber plunger on bottle came torn, leaked inside origonal sealed box. I did 1 time purchase, but now getting charged monthly. Won't respond to any emails.
Now disputing changes with my bank. ZERO STARS.
