Still getting use to wearing them
I use them at work able too hear my colleagues more clearly, I work in a garage and find them quite loud when someone is banging metal with sledge hammer , or dropping something
They are comfortable to wear
I found them to be good value for money and definitely would recommend to friends and family in fact one of my friends has already bought a pair for her mother .
Delivery was good quality is great and the price is excellent for me as I’m a low paid worker
Haven’t check on line for for parts ie rubber grommet replacements so a email address would be handy

This is a scam, please do not order them as they do not work properly and when you want to get your money back they offer all sorts of deals rather than give the 100% guaranteed refund.

Then they ask you to send them tracking service to CHINA 🇨🇳 and also charge a handling fee of £35 so you never get you money back just scammed. 😡😡😡😡

Good product have tried others without success and was a bit sceptical about trying Clarity Pro.Have been pleasantly surprised at how good they are.Would recommend to others definitely worth the money.delivery was quick and efficient.

Small but hearing great

The hearing aids take time to adjust to but they are getting better day by day. I had to change the domes a couple of times to get the correct fit but they are good now. I,m sure they will improve more over the weeks you just need to be patient.

They worked as well as the private ones. Suggest the institutions should be in larger print

This company, and possibly many more, is a dropshipping and misleading-identity retail scam. They use fake UK front to secure trust. They add unwanted extra items and then try to block your refund by forcing you to pay high shipping costs to CHINA.
BEWARE.

Much better hearing but disappointed that the aids don’t go far enough into the ear to be unnoticeable.

These are okay but outside and windy also inside noisy pub or restaurant can't make out what my partner is saying

Do not buy from this company. You think it is an English company. They sell through Amazon. They offer a 60 day 100per cent money back guarantee plus a 2 year warranty. They say they are a small friendly family owned company. They add extras on your order and then say they cannot cancel because your order has been dispatched, when it hasnt, but when your order arrives you can return for a full refund. When you try to return for a refund they stall you by offering discounts for you to keep the product. When you insist on a refund you find out that no quick 100% guaranteed refund exists, no cooling off period for online selling and that they are not an English company although they do call theselves claritypro.co.uk and that at great expence the only way you can get your money back is by returning the goods to China and accept what they give you after deductions you never knew about also taking a chance that the address they give you exists. Hassle free transactions, 100% money back guarantee dont make me laugh.
Lastly but by no means least the product they are selling are not even of good quality.

The hearing aids arrived on time and they are exactly as described in the advert.

Other than having a problem in eliminating the whistling on putting in the aids I am very happy with this item. I had always had itching ears with every other type of hearing aids so I only wore them with great regret. The price I paid was very good less than any previously paid and much better as far as comfortable than under the .national heath

My hearing has been bad for years, I hate having to ask people to repeat themselves. I thought about hearing aids but most cost over £4000 I saw Clarity Pro online £69sounded like a con but I was desprate, so I ordered them. The difference was amazing. Being a person who wears spectacles I no longer have the issue with the arms of my glasses rubbing as I did with my old set of NHS aids
If I have one criticism it would be that smallest of the ear cones are still quite large whilst they do fit the hearing aids dont feel as secure as my old set But I can live with that

We were unsure at first but a few day in they appear to be working fine only trouble is now and again I keep getting feedback tried turning them down it seems to help but can’t here so we’ll , had my ears checked prior and they said never such tiny ears this may be the reason because they don’t go in as far as they should
