Horrible

I purchased 1 item once to try and ever since they have been spamming my real life physical mailbox with advertisements and junk mail. I contacted customer service months ago to be removed from their *postal* mailing list and the representative (Melvin) consistently did not comprehend (he kept saying he removed me from email subscriptions which is not what I contacted about, I had already done that myself). Finally after more emails then should have taken he said he took care of it and that I would not receive any further physical mail. Flash forward to months later they are still mailing and spamming my mailbox. I contacted and Melvin still doesnt comprehend and has not resolved the issue. Having customer service agents who can’t comprehend and perform a simple data removal request from a mailing list is ridiculous. It should not be that hard.
As of now the issue still has not been resolved and when I asked to discuss with a different agent Melvin closed out my ticket.

In summary: customer service unhelpful, incompetent and didn’t resolve issue.

Do Not Buy - Bought Create Gummies. Got a Science Experiment.

I opened sealed Create creatine gummy containers (Watermelon and Blue Raspberry) that were well within their best-by date and found wet, clumped gummies with visible mold. I had already eaten two before realizing what I was dealing with.

This wasn’t a one-off. One of the containers was a replacement for the exact same issue — so yes, I managed to get mold twice.

I reported it with photos and batch info. The initial response focused on refund policy timing, as if this were a late return instead of contaminated product discovered upon opening.

Only after escalating and filing a formal FDA complaint (ICSR #2198015) did the tone change and the issue start being taken seriously.

I didn’t get sick, but that’s beside the point. This is a product meant for consumption, not something that should turn into a DIY biology project inside a sealed container.

Between the repeat quality issue and how it was handled, I wouldn’t trust this product.

MOLD!!!!

I’ve been using the gummies for 4 months and while I can’t say whether or not I feel any different, I have a different problem. 2 of the containers were full of mold. I reached out to inform them, and they said they respond and never have. They say they respond within 24 hours and despite my follow ups, still no response. I ate 3 gummies before I saw all the mold below the top layer (white mold). I am shocked at the lack of quality control and surprised they wouldn’t try to acknowledge the problem. Food items that don’t have enough quality control to prevent mold should/can not be trusted.

There is no way to cancel a…

There is no way to cancel a subscription. They have no customer service number . Through email they tell me to clear my phone cache out and try again. I had to reach out to my credit card company to put a block on them charging me and then I can dispute any charges if they do come through. I wouldn’t buy anything from them

Terrible experience

Charged $188 on Dec. 1st. Still no tracking ten days later.
Can not reach customer service easily and when they finally write back they are insincere and unenlightening.

typical subscription ripoff

tried the creatine gummies for 3 months. noticed absolutely no difference and no positive affects from use. of course it’s a monthly subscription that you can easily forget about so be careful. they don’t send any emails or texts before your order ships, so unless you’re actively monitoring your account you don’t have the opportunity to swap, or skip deliveries. you will get a notice after your order has shipped and charged though. also the price is ridiculously expensive compared to similar products. my suggestion is to avoid … they’re not interested in really helping better your life or health, only in getting you hooked to the subscription.

Fraudulent Company - Do Not Trust

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with this company. I placed an order on 9/22/2024 and promptly paid the invoice in full, expecting to receive my products as agreed. However, 2 months have passed, and I have not received any shipping information or confirmation that my order has even been processed.

I have made multiple attempts to contact their customer service team through various channels, but all my efforts have been met with complete silence. No response, no updates, nothing. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the products I paid for is unacceptable and appears to be a deliberate attempt to defraud customers.

At this point, I am left with no choice but to consider this a case of fraud. If my full refund is not issued within upcoming 7 days, I will take further action. This includes reporting this company to consumer protection authorities, filing complaints with relevant regulatory bodies, and pursuing legal action if necessary.

I strongly urge others to steer clear of this business. I am taking all necessary steps to ensure they are held accountable for their actions, and I advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice before dealing with a company that clearly has no regard for customer trust or satisfaction.
