This company is horrible. They are scammers. Their product does not work and they do not respond back to the customer support email that they provide. It took a week and a half for them to respond back to me. I tried canceling my subscription and they still sent me another three bottles. Buyer beware do not buy anything from this company!

Scam. Can not unsubscribe every month they charge for 3 bottle

Kept sending six bottles every month charging nearly double the amount of the first order and not being able to cancel it.
No customer service

They are scammers. Do not engage with this company. They charged my account without authorization and took my hard-earned money. I strongly recommend reporting their page and contacting your bank immediately if you have had any interaction with them. This is not a legitimate business. My experience with them caused significant stress and frustration. Please stay away from this fraudulent operation.

( I submitted a formal dispute and notified my bank of the fraud.)

Awful, they tricked a subscription on me. I never received my order. And they tell me the ONLY way to cancel the subscription is to send them more money. They send me an invoice with NO WAY to pay it. The only link is a link to there fraudulent web site. This company is scammers and needs to be shut down. Doing some research after the fact this happens all the time. What a shame.

I followed TryKindled’s cancellation policy exactly and they still continued shipping and trying to charge me.

I emailed them three days before the next shipment, which is the latest allowed cancellation window according to their policy. They did not respond, and shipment #2 arrived anyway.

I emailed again immediately after shipment #2 arrived and clearly said CANCEL. Their response claimed that I would now owe them the full price for all shipments, which directly contradicts their own policy. Their policy says that full price only applies if you cancel after one shipment. After two shipments, the discounted pricing applies — which I had already met.

Instead of canceling, they tried to push other options I didn’t agree to. I repeated my cancellation request.

Shipment #3 was still sent, despite all of this. I refused the package and marked it “Return to Sender” and am now filing a credit card dispute.

This company ignored cancellation requests, shipped products anyway, and tried to pressure me into paying charges not supported by their own policy. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering.

Don’t get swindled by kindled. Buyer beware. You will receive a fake product. Bottle won’t be from kindled. Ingredient list is altered from what is listed online. They do not stand behind their product. Do not follow their own listed return policy. Terrible customer service. Beware it is a fraud. You will certainly get swindled!

THEY SAY YOU SIGNED UP FOR A SU SUBSCRIPTION EVEN THOUGH YOU DONT.
THEY DO NOT RESPOND WHEN YOU WANT TO STOP GETTING BOTTLES, DO NOT GIVE YOU AN ANSWER OR ADDRESS TO RETURN.
YOU MUST FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD TO STOP FUTURE PAYMENTS.

Very bad keep sending unwanted boxes and get no response to cancel. Anyone got an address to cancel and return unwanted boxes please help

Ordered a one off product to try it. Sent a second one even though Id emailed them to say Id not had a subscription after they sent a notification to say a second one was in its way. I got a reply. Then nothing. Ive emailed them a few times and nothing. Keep away from this company. They keep taking money out if your account. Check out other reviews in this site.

I ordered a bottle of thyroid support in November still waiting for it to turn up, said I have a subscription which I did not sign up for. I keep getting emails saying subscription failed. Be aware.

The company does not respond to requests to return unopened products. Non-existent customer service.

Really wish I had seen their reviews before getting involved with this company. HORRIBLE experience! I placed a one time order and started getting monthly shipments. Their customer service responded once. Never heard from them again. Had to contact my credit card to get my money back.

This is a scam.
Ordered but then read Trustpilot and asked for a refund. Had one email then no response, then changed again today for another 3 months!! Will be in contact with my credit card company.

On Dr recommendation, I attempted to return this product and cancel any remaining subscription to which I did not agree. Company is non-responsive. Filed a dispute with my credit card company.

When placing an order, you may overlook a pre-ticked option that signs you up for a monthly subscription.

The company does not respond to customer inquiries.

You may never receive the product you paid for.

The Instagram advertisements falsely claim the product is recommended by Dr. Barbara O’Neill; this is not the real Dr. Barbara O’Neill.

If you have already made a purchase, cancel or block your card immediately to prevent any further charges.

I placed one order only. I was shocked to receive another email a couple of weeks after thanking me for my order and taking another £77 from my account! I did not sign up for a subscription and I would not recommend the product. I am currently trying to stop any further orders and my money refunded but no response from them. Do not fall for this unscrupulous company.

Avoid! I believe this to be a scam. Ordered one bottle which never arrived. The email confirming the delivery date did not match the courier's delivery details. No proof that the item was ever delivered and attempts to contact this business, resulted in the same repetitive responses from them each time. No refund or offer of same.
