Melody Avis

Your delivery was fast and products are great, they are just too sweet. Do you have anything that is not so terribly sweet?

Good flavor, I bought 2 and one is great but the other one doesn’t work and when I asked for a refund or a replacement I never got an answer.

I only recieved one of the two I ordered, and when I tried to reach out to get either a refund or a replacement no one even answered my email!

I had concerns with shipping.. thought this might be a scam ripping me off because I emailed them three times and never got a reply. I did end up getting my product in a timely manner... but have concerns with customer service. I even communicated with their online chat bot, which said I my concerns have been accounted for and I would receive a reply soon and never did.

The taste is terrible and sometimes comes out and sometimes doesn't. I emailed to return the product and no response. Do not recommend and won't buy again

Tastes and hits just like the real thing and made craving go away fast.

My boyfriend smokes nicotine and I always do when I’m around him. These help me keep from doing that and he even uses them sometimes too! And they taste so much better in my opinion. I think a refillable one that’s like a big vape/ecig would be helpful, especially for me since that’s what I am coming off of

You have a really good product but your customer service is awful. Contacting anyone is incredibly hard. The shipping isn’t good either.

The product is nice, great flavor, good battery life, no nicotine.

The customer service is quite literally non-existent. I'm not sure this company even exists outside of being a shell corporation for some money laundering front scheme. If you need to cancel your order or get a hold of customer service, no you don't. Or at least you better hope you never do, because you never will. Just call your bank and do a charge back if it ever comes to needing assistance.

It took a while to get here but I enjoy it and I can calm down some

The ordering was easy and I received it in excellent condition! The product is very tasty and I can't wait to order more and try the other flavors. This time I ordered Watermelon Ice.

I was pleasantly surprised when I took my first pull. It’s like the real thing.

Great product. Its currently helping me quit a terrible addiction

I have ordered from Melody several times. They have a great product at a reasonable price

Ive been trying to cancel my subscription since I stopped vaping but I have no way to do that. Money is still being taken out of my accounts and I have an abundance of these melody bars i don't need.

I did not order these so please stop sending them thank you

Great job- well done

Never received my order. Terrible service. Big scam.
