Dear Joy,

We're genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with our cotton candy flavor. At Melody, we strive to craft a wide range of flavors to meet various preferences, and it's disheartening to learn when one doesn't meet a customer's expectations, especially concerning the taste profile and the physical response you've described.

We understand that everyone's taste is subjective, and what might be delightful for one person can be overwhelming for another. The feedback on the excessive sweetness and chemically taste is concerning, and we assure you that we're taking your input seriously. We are continually refining our flavors based on customer feedback, and your detailed description is incredibly helpful in that process.

Given the discomfort you've experienced and the investment you've made in our product, we'd like to offer a solution to make this right for you. If you're interested, we would be more than happy to send you a mint flavor, or another flavor of your choice, as a replacement at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, we can arrange a refund if that's your preference.

Please contact us at support@trymelody.com so we can assist you further and process your preferred resolution. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to rectify this matter.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and we look forward to making this right for you.

Warm regards,

Ryan

Dear Grigoriy,

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear about the consistent burnt taste you've experienced across all the flavors after recharging. Understanding that our product is designed for one-time use and not meant to be recharged, it's concerning to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or disappointment this has caused.

Our one-time use vapes are designed to deliver a quality experience up until the e-liquid is depleted, after which they are not intended to be recharged or refilled. If the devices are presenting a burnt taste before the e-liquid is used up, this certainly isn't the standard we strive for, and we want to address this issue immediately for you.

Could you please reach out to us directly at support@trymelody.com with your order information and more details about your experience? We want to ensure this matter is investigated thoroughly by our quality control team and also discuss how we can make this right for you, possibly through replacements or a different resolution you'd prefer.
