SCAM!

SCAM!! They sign you up for a subscription even if you choose not to when buying. I was then unable to unsubscribe because of a "technical difficulty". I only recieved half of my products and after contacting them, they sent a new item. That item was not the newaura schampoo that i ordered but a chinese schampoo that looks like a kid made it. I was then unable to email them again since their "email was not found"

The bad reviews here is about the process, I think they have fixed it because when I ordered it, it came on normal delivery time. THE PRODUCT WORKS BTW. And they given you the option to skip the subscription.

But in my opinion this product is good I had redness and scars. I put this on and in 2 days it went. my skin is more smother now

Fraudulent company, do not purchase.

Don’t bother, sent incorrect product(some Chinese shampoo, not even close to what I ordered) emailed and told them, they said they would look into it but no more communication after that, Sent another email seeking a refund, still nothing, absolute scammers.

SCAM being auto signed up to a subscription and not being able to cancel it after repeated requests. Don’t buy it its frankly a useless product and the worst customer service

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

This is an absolute scam! After requesting a refund within 90 days of the purchase date - earlier than the 120 days described on the website - they basically said my order was old, they don't have any records, and couldn't do anything. This must be a JOKE! According to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), transaction records (including receipts, invoices, sales data) must be kept for 5 years, but they clearly don't care. For tax and compliance purposes, businesses must retain records, but not for customer access. In the USA, according to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), companies must keep records for at least 3 years, in some cases 7 years, but this company can't keep them for over 90 days? THIS IS A SCAM!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I purchased this product 5 months ago. It has not been delivered. 10 plus emails back and forth with constant excuses and constant ways to continue dragging it out and striving me along with zero results. Can’t even review the product as I never received it. Don’t make my mistake

First time ever all my redness/dermititis/psoriasis has not flared up. First couple of weeks I had some improvements on my face but then I started to also apply directly on the skin in my beard. I use a comb to access the spin and apply alittle here and there. Since then I’ve been 2 month basically clear skin. First time since my early 20’s

Automatically signs you up for a subscription without asking. I won't ever order again whether it works or not. It is a shockingly bad practise to do this to people, as clearly from the reviews there are lots of people being charged for product they never wanted.

After my previous bad review in August, New Aura reached out, they apologised for everything, sent me the products again and even refunded my initial payment. A gesture that I really appreciate.
The product I must say has been very effective and the dermatitis is under control

De snyder og bedrager.. du køber deres produkt og tilmelder dig automatisk et abonnement hvor efter de sender flere produkter til højere priser end først købte… du ser ingen steder at de gør du får ingen chance forsat opdage hvad der foregår før det er for sent…. Og ingen muligheder for refundering..

Do not buy here!!
Without realizing it, you're automatically signed up for a subscription. The second time I ordered, I had to pay even more than the first time. And of course, it's impossible to get your money back because you’re supposedly “agreeing” to a subscription.
Really disappointing that it works this way, especially since the product itself was actually quite good.

SCAM

I purchased the beard cream and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Delivery took far too long, and once it finally arrived, the product had no effect whatsoever. Without my consent, the company then enrolled me in an ongoing subscription, charging me every month for something that clearly does not work.

I have sent multiple emails requesting cancellation and received no reply. Attempts to cancel directly on their website are met with repeated “technical fault” messages, making it impossible to stop the charges.

This is deceptive, unethical, and feels deliberately designed to trap customers.
A complete scam – avoid this company at all costs.

To clarify, the subscription option is clearly displayed on the product page directly under the price. Customers can untick this box if they prefer a one-time purchase, but it is never hidden or added without disclosure.

Bought the beard cream

Bought the beard cream, took a very long time to arrive, didnt work at all and now they have set up a subscription that I didn't set up so Im paying every month for something that doesnt work. Emailed several times to try and cancel but no reply. Tried to cancel on fhe website and it says there is a technical fault on their side try again later.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, COMPLETE RIPOFF

Just marketing on an existing product

The product is just a copy of roycederm, you can find the original here for cheaper, just type "RoyceDerm Seborrheic Dermatitis & Psoriasis Cream"

Even the product (of roycederm) is more expensive than alternatives with the same active ingredients (salicylic acid). They want you to overpay for their (good) marketing.
