Their shipping was so slow I had sold and purchased a new home. They requested my new address by 16 June. I replied on 12 June and was then told that I had not replied in time. I sent several messages asking for the courier name and all my emails were ignored. They then sent a message to say it’s too late and that the everything had been resolved. No product. Poor service and communication. DON’T purchase from this company.

I just received my collars, I own miniature schnauzer his trainers call wild man. Today at agility he seemed to be able to walk by other dogs with just a look, was relatively calm in his crate & seemed much more focused doing his agility. Before he was jumping everything Willynilly. I guess we shall see but this is am amazing change

1 month of waiting for the product. 13 days after placing the order I contacted pawlax for shipping info or tracking info and NO reply!! So I requested proof of shipping or a cancel order and refund ASAP, due to the product would not arrive before leaving on vacation in a week. Product info was sent and I was told the cancelation could not be completed. I requested a return shipping label and was told " I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN!!! Scam. Joke. DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE BY ORDERING THIS CRAP!!!

Poor quality, a complete scam ordered and tried to send back what a waste of time send a email back for a refund and the run around to get an address was ridiculous. It would cost more to send back but to me it was about the principle. Product now in the bin, just waiting to see what they do with my account watch out !

I have been charged for items that I DID NOT order. Pawlax refuse to acknowledge this stating it was ordered. I call this thieving/scamming. Who has the right to take monies from a person's bank account without that person's consent. So wrong of Pawlax. I have noticed Temu are selling a similar product......buy from Temu, at least you'll get a credit for the item if you're not satisfied.

If there was a way to do negative stars, I would give them negative stars. They sent me a photo showing the order was delivered. The address was correct on my paperwork. The photo they sent me was not my home. I sent them a photo of my home. I swear they use AI to reply back because they keep resending the same reply over and over and over. Anybody that uses this company be prepared not to receive your product. Be prepared not to talk to anybody with a heart rate or a pulse. Would’ve loved to have known if the product was any good… But since you can’t get a human being, I guess we’ll never know.

Took 8 weeks to get it, opened the package and realized they added other items to my order and charged me $83 !!! Tried to get a refund and was told I had to pay return shipping back to china but the packaged shipped from California ??? I should of known better 😡 then they were going to send me return label - never received - don’t by from them you will be sorry

The Collar with positive training and a strict routine have really helped with my boys separation anxiety.
Can’t say it’s the collar on its own but the combination is truely working.
On a plus the collar leaves a beautiful smell on his I s coat and bedding. I remove the collar for overnight to prevent any possible irritation .

I haven’t even received my product and am completely disgusted with the company. A month after ordering I still haven’t received my product despite reaching out to company. What a complete and total waste of money.

I would never buy from them again.I made the mistake of ordering and thinking it was free ended up paying $132 and had to wait about six weeks When I went to cancel the order they said it had gone through.

We were looking for calming products for our anxious rescue dog. Since getting his Pawlax purple scented collar and little blanket he is more relaxed and less anxious when in his basket. The sale transaction was faultless and timely

If they had a zero review that's what I would give them. It took me 6 weeks to get them then they
don't work at all it's like I had never put it on my dog. Not even going to attempt to get a refund after reading all these reviews I know it's not going to happen so that was 28 bucks down the drain. Don't order these it's a scam!

Deceptive checkout. I authorized an $18.90 charge via PayPal, received an email confirmation, and went on with my day. Later, I discovered the site had "updated" my order and sent a second email two minutes later, now charging me an additional $42.95. I asked the merchant to cancel the order, and they declined. I disputed the charge with PayPal, and they denied the claim. I'm going to see if I can get at least some of my money back through returning the product now that it finally arrived weeks after I was told they "couldn't cancel" because it had already shipped.

Poor poor poor they took money from my account without my consent
They advertise a collar for free then take £38 from my account !!!

I had fantastic service and the collars arrived in the mail as promised.
My dog is very anxious and although he still is nervous he is calmer and he's only been wearing it for a week and s but.

I ordered 3 collars, only used two of them as they did NOT work...I have tried for OVER 3 months to get a refund - and all the conversations fall on deaf ears! There customer service has ALOT to be desired...be warned...CB

Purchase from Pawlax led to an unauthorised subscription with Seminar Edge via our Visa card.
Sadly, Visa would not reimburse the monies stolen from our account. However, the bank did.
I advise to avoid Pawlax as they either have very poor security or perhaps are connected to Seminar Edge, or are also utilising unauthorised subscriptions.

My dog is much calmer with the collar. On walks she doesn’t get as reactive to barking dogs, sometimes she just walks by. That never used to happen. I’m recommending this product to all my friends with anxious, reactive dogs.

I waited 3 weeks for these to come in the mail... I ordered the three pk one for my mom's anxious dog one for my brother's anxious dog and one for my dog.. this is the second time I got burned from ordering online on an ad. I don't think I will ever do this again. From reading these reviews having to return this product to china? This is my second time buying a product with the end result being horrible because there's no way you're going to return the product to China?? That's totally ridiculous. That's why it took so long in the first place. I've definitely learned my lesson now. And from reading these reviews I am afraid to use them I would be embarrassed to give this to my mother or my brother and have their dog get sick from it instead of help with the anxiety. There's 20 bucks down the toilet. Next time you read something and you think that's too good to be true believe in it.. I certainly will.. just skip over and keep on going.. don't waste your money on these..
