What made my experience great was how the Representative Stephen Aladenoye took the time to walk me through the whole process and explain thoroughly how the program worked. Also the plan that I was enrolled in for the amount of debt I owe was very reasonable and affordable. He has also done follow calls to see if I have any additional questions.

Had a wonderful interaction with Miss Melissa Gallion, she assisted in ways I didn’t know were possible until our phone call, and was able to help me select the best option for my current situation! Thanks again Melissa!

Everything was explained well. He did seem a little frustrated by my questions but answered them adequately. I was never asked if I wanted to do the program it was just assumed. I would suggest not coming on so strongly.
