I’m extremely pleased with every aspect of my purchase, product is excellent. I just don’t give five stars. I feel there’s always improvement somewhere. thank you.

Arrived as advertised. Charged and ready to use. I’ve not been able to get to the range yet (knee replacement recovery) so my testing and usage is everything save the hearing protection part of the product. If that works as well as the rest of the uses these will likely be the best hearing protection product I’ve ever purchased. I like the feel and function better than my high end Walker unit. I’m inching to test the noise suppression and cancellation function.

I placed an order July 30th, it is Aug 19th and I still have not received it. Tracking has not been updated since Aug 10th. I cannot get a reply to my request for a refund or replacement shipment. I did receive the standard/automated reply suggesting to wait 7 to 10 days, however no reply after my second or third email.

The ambient noises are very digitized and voices sound robotic. This makes it very difficult to know who is talking to you if you’re instructing a large group of people. The noise reduction is extremely delayed, and I might as well just be wearing foamies. I went back to my over ear muffs after attempting to make these work for a week. Terribly overpriced and underwhelming.

Great product the sound quality is really good. They just hurt my ears after a little bit. But overall worth it especially when training in doors.

I want to start protecting my hearing now before I damage it anymore. The Ravine ear buds I purchased will do just that and aren't as bulky as my earmuffs. They work great for shooting and cant wait to use them when im hunting this fall.

Too much distortion and high pitch ringing and they dont stay in my ear at all! None of the tips fit!

So far these are doing well.
I haven't used them for shooting yet, but they work well for other tasks performed in my shop.
Several tip options make them very customizable to fit my ears.

i ordered these thinking they would get here fairly quick from Wisconsin but when i asked what carrier they use they would not say. then i see it comes from china. i told them to cancel the order and refund me b4 the item ever shipped ..

they did not. they are deceptive and lie. now i sit here with no product as it will prob take months to arrive if ever. i would not have ordered if i knew all this

Buyer beware. On their site, they claim lifetime warranty and 30 day money back, didn't happen.
I had trouble charging the ear buds about 3 wks in and contacted their support. Initially they seem like they want to help, and had you try several ways to trouble shoot to resolve the issue. After 3 exchange of emails and attempts, they deemed a replacement was in order. I was eager to move forward but was met with another email to try again in another way to trouble shoot the earbuds. Confused, I stated from their previous email that a replacement was in order not running some more test. I requested either a replacement or a full refund, however I have not heard back. My guess is I probably will not hear back until my 30 day refund expires.....

Love these RAVINE Field Ops Pro hearing protection. I have extremely difficult to fit ears and have not been able to find anything that works for me. These have the perfect combination of ear tips and wow, the smaller silicone ones are a WINNER! Thanks Ravine

I ordered the Field Ops Tactical and the sound amplification wasn't working. I contacted Ravine by email and received a response right away. After doing the troubleshooting they suggested I still couldn't get it to work. Ravine replaced the Tactical set I ordered with the Pro model. It works perfectly! Their customer service was outstanding!

Good protection but still can hear what I need to hear.

There tracking info stayed the same the entire time. I noticed it said it passed through customs. Which tells me it was made in china. There’s no telephone number to contact anyone. I opened the product n tried them. According to the return policy, you can only return if package wasn’t open. Duh! I’m going to say save your money n buy from someone else. They definitely mislead you into thinking this product comes from Wisconsin. They took my payment on July 7 n I never received it until July 20. The product itself, I’ll gv 3 stars.

I really like them. The sound quality and the muffled gun shots. Works great 👍

As a USMC Sniper served two tours in Vietnam 1969-71’, having no hearing protection, I am extremely grateful to now have Ravine pro to protect what is my current hearing level. As an avid long range shooter, I thank you for producing this excellent product. Only one suggestion; give all veterans and current military personnel a 10% discount for each purchase. The design is all wrong like boxes hangin outta your ears no consistent volume up and down when they want talkin as phone blue tooth like talkin in a bucket ive gone down to my 25$pair and can hear and talk much clearer im definitely DISSATISFIED

Performs better than advertised! These ear buds make the shot sound like you just clapped your hands together. I can also hear my spotter at 10 feet behind me clear as day while firing. Great job guys! With a 10% loss of hearing, from 21 years in the U.S. Army as a Medic, and 10 years as a Contracted Medic, these have been a blessing to my ears!
