Jenny made everything very crystal clear and she never disputed the warranty that was in place or any of the money back guarantees. Everything was very transparent with complete follow up. I am currently waiting for the final credit from American Express but Jenny did a great job!

I called to cancel my Prescription
Because I still have bottles left over and Mickey was able to help me out immediately. The experience with the pills have helped me greatly with the lymphatic system. I’ve noticed a huge decrease in bloating.

Scam ORDER 246418 I wrote this company 5 times to quit sending me product. I at no time ever signed up for an ongoing order. Matter of fact due to medical issues when I order anything on the internet like this I make SURE that I select the one time only option. I see from other responses and reviews this company had done this to others. So if the company responds for me to send another email ...no. They can provide a phone number or just remedy the issue here with a promise to stop, an address for me to return their unwanted product and a reversal of charge on my credit card Horrible customer service, predatory business practices . Original order # 246418. No more run around.
I finally called them thru "pissed consumer" a WDC number where they record the call for you. Got a 50%refund for " THEIR" mistake. I also think these 5 star ratings are questionable.

I tried the product and didn’t notice a difference. When I noticed another transaction on my credit card I wore to them to DISCONTINUE and DO NOT charge me for anymore. I just received notification from my bank that they tried charging my card at 2am. My bank declined and asked if I approved this transaction so I said NO. It’s a pain but my card has to be replaced and my current card is locked. Small price to pay I guess.

I called because there was a mixup on my order and I spoke with Jenny. She understood my situation and was able to correct the problem to my satisfaction and I hung up as a satisfied customer.

Dawn was terrific in sending a replacement when the delivery driver left the package in the hot sun when a cover porch was present.
I have no idea if the product works as described, but i'm willing to give it a try.

Angel was amazing and didnt give me a hard time. He immediately resolved my issue and gave me all other options to stay with the program but he wasnt aggressive at all. I appreciated that from him. Thank you Angel!

I was nervous calling customer service to cancel my subscription. Mickey was amazing. Very accommodating and helped me right away. All customer people should be just like him.

I did a one time purchase and now they are stating that I signed up for a subscription and I received a second bottle and was charged for it. I do not want their product, nor do I have a subscription. According to their website, my email does not have a subscription. I have been trying to cancel the subscription and get an authorization from them to return the second unopened bottle I received for a refund, but they are not communication with me at this time and will not send me an authorization for the return. They have sent me three emails trying to still keep me on my "subscription" that I do not have according to their website when I log in and I do not want their product--it did not work on me and actually made me ill and gave me headaches. I have tried to call their number and no one answers. I even canceled the auto payments they set up with PayPal and I filed a dispute with PayPal as well since they will not respond to me with an authorization to return the unopened product per their policy on their website.
