So I never subscribed

So I never subscribed. I only expected a one time delivery but the product and charge keep coming. I have emailed them several times at the email address they provided, and have not received any response whatsoever. I will be contacting my credit card company to reject future charged and if necessary the Attorney General Fraud Division in my state.

Unauthorized autoship and no customer service response! Smells like a scam.

UPDATE: regarding Trysoluma company response...
If you have canceled the subscription - why was I still charged? Also, no one has responded to my emails - where I specifically request taking advantage of the 60-day return as advertised on your website. Wouldn't it make more sense to respond to me via email, instead of non-committal responses here? And how about sharing a real phone number we can reach customer service at...
Initial review:
I have had the same exact experience as other 1 star reviews! Ordered a 3-bottle package and DID NOT sign up for autoship/renewal. Less than a month later I get an email confirmation of my next 3 pack being processed. Reached out to customer service immediately to stop and rectify. CRICKETS!!! They just aren’t responding. I cannot take these supplements as they are interfering with medication I take for a condition. In addition to email, I tried calling the merchant phone number listed on my credit card details and that number isn’t even a real number. I see the company has responded to others saying to email them the details and they will help - well that’s what I have been doing and nothing. I would steer clear from this company all together. Many signs point to unethical business practice and horrible customer service.

We are so sorry for what you've gone through this is completely unacceptable, and we don't blame you for feeling angry and betrayed.

To clarify, we did cancel your subscription on our end, which is why no further shipments should have been processed. But the fact that you were never properly notified, that you tried reaching out and heard nothing back, and that you're stuck with a product you can't even use because of a medication interaction that's a failure on every level.

On top of that, you discovered the phone number wasn't even real, which only added to the frustration and distrust. We understand why you'd tell others to steer clear. We have let you down.

Rhodiola

If I could give a zero I would. There is one person there , her name is Mavelyn.shes a moron. I didn't sign up for a subscription, told her I almost ended up in the hospital because of the rhodiola. She said she was canceling and now is charging me every month. There should be someone who could help with fraud companies..

Additionally, please email us at info@soluma.com so we can ensure you receive a full refund for every charge that occurred after you first requested cancellation. You should not pay a single cent for this experience.

I was billed for another shipment of…

I was billed for another shipment of this product via an autoship that I did not request and do not want. I have emailed the support email a few times and get no response. I tried the phone number that Paypal has and they aren't affiliated with this product division. I've instructed Paypal to not process this payment. So frustrating. I just want this account closed on their end.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE ARE YOU??!!

SCAM!!!

I have been trying to get a hold of this company for over a month to return my product and cancel the subscription I never signed up for. I have tried two different emails and reaching out twice on their website contact page. Do not buy this product! To the Soluma team that will respond to this, DO NOT tell me to go to any of your emails…my order numbers are 21037 and 7146. Find my orders and respond to my emails and refund my money!!!!!! I will be going to my bank to put a stop payment on any future withdrawals. Absolutely infuriating!!!

I was told my subscription was…cancelled

I was told my subscription was cancelled. Next month I received another bottel of Rhodiola Rosea. Sent email requesting iformation on how to return the product. Received generic email telling me how to suspend product delivery. No mention of how to return the product for a refund. Have contacted credit card company to disput the charge.

The bot wrote another generic response to my complaint. I still haven’t received an email back to confirm my cancellation.

I have sent several emails and still no reply!

I have sent several emails and still have not heard back. I ordered and ended up with a subscription. I found out that I have a health condition that prevents me from taking this product. I was shipped another shipment, which I cannot use. I have requested my subscription be canceled and I have heard nothing. Please respond to me ASAP. I believe another shipment is about to be shipped. I already have bottles that need to be returned.

I ordered a three pack, got two more bottles within a month of ordering

I ordered a three pack, which came just fine. But three weeks later, I receive another two bottles that I did not order because I still have almost 3 full bottles. I read where you are automatically put on a subscription, which was fine, but I don’t want something shipped every month when I’ve already got two that I need to use before I need anymore. I immediately responded by email to not bill me and not ship the two bottles, but of course it was shipped and I was billed. I have contacted them twice to cancel my subscription and do not ever send me anything again or bill me again. I am waiting for a reply before I get my bank involved.

I ordered the three pack and was charged for an additional two pack that I clearly declined during the purchase process. I have been emailing daily regarding the additional charge and to ensure there is no further shipments and cancel any subscriptions that you slide in after the payment is processed, however I have not received a response to any of the emails.

SCAM - DO NOT Give Your Credit Card

SCAM - DO NOT give them your credit card. I was charged for a subscription that I definitively did not sign up for. Three emails have gone unanswered, and cannot contact them by phone.

If I don't get a satisfactory response from the company, I will leave an updated daily review here with my daily emails.

I ordered a three month supply and…

I ordered a three month supply and within 30 days they charged me again for another 2 month supply. They only responded to my email once asking if I wanted to extend the subscription times, and when I said I wanted to cancel the subscription they have refused to respond. So I now have 5 months of product and out an extra 90 dollars when I was not expecting it or budgeted for the extra. I would not recommend this company. Customer service is next to none.
