They are unreachable. Paid upfront and now no potal access. And no way to cancel. No way to get the rest of my medication that was paid for the year.

Total scam. They make you pay first, which imcludes a waiver than prescribe the smallesf does ever 0.5 then defuse to return or refund.

Website is down, moved or gone…how can we get in touch with someone? Called the number and no answer…

I ordered the product on April 1st. The product was supposed to arrive april 4th. Then the product was delayed to April 6th. On April 8th I messaged their support team. Support replied, saying that the product would be viable for up to 50ish days in the refrigerated packaging. On April 9th I tried to log in to check delivery status, and the website was non-functioning, or broken. On April 10th I called the support line and got a pre-recorded message. Currently filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I have been overweight since i was a child. I have played sports my whole life and this still has not helped me. Weight watchers and other platforms have done my no service. This was the product that changed my life, i have lost 30lbs in the last 6 months. I am unrecognizable and i cannot recommend this product enough!

I’ll be honest, I was skeptical. I've tried everything. But 6 days in and I'm down 6 lbs and my clothes already feel different. I ate half my dinner last night and just stopped. That has literally never happened to me in my life.

I tried to get my fake medicine replaced or refunded, but to no avail. I have gone round and round with this company. They don't guarantee their product, or stand behind it. Pay attention to the bad reviews, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!

Read reviews before ordering from this fake company. The medicine they send does not do anything. I paid for a year in advance, they send 3 months of mediciation at a time. I advised them I was unhappy with the medicine as it is not suppressing appetite at all like other companies. I said I was fine paying for the 3 months of medicine but would like a refund for the remaining amount. They are refusing and say because the treatment plan has already been processed they will not refund me. Again I only have 3 months of medicine, the other meds have not been shipped. Beware!!!

I was initially happy with Trimi as I found them very responsive to my inquiries and they allowed me to do a one month plan with the option to convert to an annual. That ALL CHANGED however when I asked for them to provide additional information on the pharmacy they were using to supply my compounded tirzepatide prescription and when I asked for their response to the warning that Eli Lilly issued for those purchasing off brand compounded tirzepatide with Vitamin B-12 added. I asked the question multiple times posed in the chat to both the DOCTOR & SUPPORT. The DOCTOR REFERRED ME BACK to SUPPORT...THE DOCTOR. It's been like 3 weeks, I followed up multiple times, was informed that a response would be forthcoming and still NO RESPONSE. Now I would not expect Lilly to issue a "favorable" position on compounded tirzepatide, but I would expect the provider, in this case Trimi, to be prepared and be able to provide me with a thoughtful fact-based response. Mind you this all transpired right as I was chatting back & forth as to how to convert my monthly plan to an annual plan. I am not naive, I know that the compounded offerings make it possible for consumers such as myself who cannot get the drugs covered under their insurance, to have the opportunity to lose weight and the FDA approved providers like Lilly are primarily seeking to protect their exorbitant profits, but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a TIMELY response. I just want to ensure that as the consumer I do everything in my power to make an informed choice. Again Trimi, WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE to LILLY's WARNING for users of COMPOUNDED TIRZEPATIDE with VITAMIN B12?

They changed my plan from monthly to quarterly when I specifically said I didn’t want that. I contacted them and she said she would stop automatic fills but instead paused my entire treatment but says that it’s at my request. I have the chat messages where I said I did not want a quarterly plan. Instructions are confusing as they send a different concentration every month. I’m a nurse and I can’t figure it out. No one to talk to just messages from “Sofia” and some others. Need a refund or may just file with my credit card company.

I am writing another review because I finally gave up trying to get an increased dose for free which "Sophie" offered when I told them after 4 weeks I had no response to medication. She said it "takes time" so I would be suspect of anyone's reviews that they lost a ton of weight quickly. I was on semaglutide with another company and within days my appetite was surprised. Not to with the "tirzepetide" I got from Trimi. Someone reviewed here they were offered a refund if they would take their review down and that's what Trimi said to me, take your review down and we will give you a free month at higher dose. They did not care about my experience they just wanted the review down. After 2 weeks of back and forth with either Sophie or Christian ... keep in mind no phone calls for customer service is available ... it turns out I had to complete my 3 months and then they would send me another 3 months with one month free and that would be 15mg when my highest ending dose was 20mg. Make that make sense. I just gave up. I am doing another 1 star review to combat what I'm sure are fake 5 star reviews. If you read them they ALL just say shipping is fast and ordering process is easy. This is true but that's true with any of these companies. You want the product you pay hundreds of dollars on to work. There is ONE review saying she lost 40 pounds in 2 months. Maybe it's true but logic dictates it's suspect. Please read the 1 star reviews. They are detailed with the bad experiences. This is not a good company. Use anyone but Trimi.

My original review was removed from what I believe was probably people reporting it as fake. I have trimi health and they are amazing. I am down 30 lbs now after using trimi health in 2 months. They are worth it! I purchased the 1 year program and had quick shipping. Only issue i had with them was I was short a couple syringes.

Very responsive customer service and excellent packaging of my ordered meds. From intake to delivery was an outstanding 4 days and would have been 3 if UPS had delivered on time

I wrote a review on 3/11 above. I received a response from “Chris”. In part, he said “we responded to all your messages, there is no text where we didn’t respond. WE CAN REFUND THE 3/4 AS LONG AS YOU REMOVE THE REVIEW”.
I sent him the screen shots of the 2 ignored messages. I told him I didn’t like being threatened. He was holding $900 hostage to get me to erase the review.
He responded on 3/13 that my money would be refunded.
