I ordered this product in good faith, believing it would cleanse parasites. When I finally got the product, like many others, I don't like getting anything from China. I tried to contact the company because I wanted to return the product. I never opened the product, but someone claiming to be from the company finally answered my email but said they would not refund, even though I never opened the product. I tried writing other emails but they never responded. Now, like everyone else, I am out $120. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Parasite product arrived but took ages from China. Of course there is nothing in the ad suggesting it is going to come from China. There is no way it has the active ingredients like clove or ginger, it just tastes like orange syrup. Feels like a total scam.

I am trying to get in touch with the customer services for over a week, I haven't used the product and want to return as it says it can be returned. I get no response back after multiple emails and to other reviewers I click on pages only to get an error message.....

This is a SCAM! Do not purchase. Company is from China. Product will never arrive. Big fake! Heads up. Do not be mislead.

Since September 2025 I haven’t received anything. I never will it’s six months later. I had an email with a tracking number but it lead to a broken link. Their address is an hotel. Apple Pay won’t refund me nor will my bank. I could have given $120 to charity instead of scammers.

This company is clearly a scam. Spent $120 three months ago and have not received a legitimate tracking number. Customer service is abhorrent at best. My husband thinks the emails are AI generated. I wish we saw these reviews before ordering. Shame on the wellness influencers online I once trusted who get paid to promote this product.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I spent$100. I'm 30 days in, still nothing besides a your item shipped email with a bad tracking number. What a scam!!

A total scam! no product ever arrived and when i asked for a refund they told me to get it from the bank! what a sleezebag move, total scam, do not buy!

Supposedly this item came to my local Post Office at 7:37am and was sent out for delivery at 7:48am the same day. I call BS. Nobody is that efficient, especially a government entity like the USPS. Then it was supposedly returned at 8:52am the same day. Total scam and after I emailed them they tell me that it's being returned to sender but will most likely be lost in transit. Therefore there's no way they can reimburse my money. Told me I need to see if my bank can help, as it's out of their hands. I only wish that this can help others now. Of course they get 1 🌟 because there's no way to give them zero stars!

I received the parasite cleanse, which took a while to get. First indicator it was from China. It came with no welcome package or instructions. The writing on the label is so small. I had to use my phone magnifying glass to read it. I sent an email to the company stating I do not buy products made in China and I want to return it with the 30 day moneyback guaranteed. So now the company will not reimburse my money. I have a claim against them now with my Shop app, which I bought it through. I’m not gonna throw away over $100 for products, that I have no idea what the hell China puts in their supplement. That qualifies me as being unsatisfied.

Pure garbage and pure lies. Said you can't return because it's a health product. This junk is from China and you know it, so why can it travel from China and be OK, but once you ship to the customer in the USA, it can't be returned because it was shipped? Buyer beware!

I’m in Australia, the product arrived within 10days. I also got email notifications along the way to let me know the order had been received, then another to say it was on its way and when to expect delivery. I purchased several bottles to do the whole family but there was no lock in subscription as some reviews state. I’ll do another review once I’ve used the drops as I just started them today. So far a good experience.

The new website is actually wellviaofficial the product says shipped out but it's from China... which means it has to clear customs. Typically thats a 2 month process. The website dosent have any way to contact them other than a simple contact form.
There's ZERO way im ingesting a parasite cleanse from China. It will prolly give me parasites.

I concur with the other reviews. it’s been three weeks since my order and still no product. Not that I’m actually going to use this stuff as it was shipped from China, despite being advertised as a U.S. company. When I asked about it they stated that it was only because of high demand and they shipped stock from other countries to keep up with demand.
When I pressed where it was manufactured, they never responded.

I live in Australia and received the products (Purity shield and Para cleanse) in about 10 days. I am yet to use but needed to let others know that the delivery was reliable. Thank you

I was actually worried that I was the only one mistreated by this gang. Yikes. Didn’t expect this. I only wish I saw this before ordering. My mishaps riddled order was made back in September 2025. From lost shipment to delayed arrival to broken glass bottles. 4 months later and I still have not gotten any resolution yet. Just empty emails back and forth. The sad thing is that they’re tarnishing the image of a possibly good product which could be beneficial to both the vendor and the end user. Too bad.

Worse company i have experienced in years. After 4 weeks am still awaiting my order with no response to my emails. There is no contact phone number and no email responses. Appears to be a SCAM....

I placed my order August 16, 2025 and to date I haven't recieved my order or any reply to emails for status updates and my final email insisting on my refund. Their website is not active and this is a warning to all to choose wisely. Buyer beware.

Ordered both the and the Purity Shield and the Para Clean se in december and recieved it within 10 days, i live in Denmark, so great delivery time and the product was as espected :)

If you order this product you will regret it.

I hadn't received the product within 2 weeks, so I went to the email and clicked 'track order', the link went to a page that no longer exists.

I also clicked on 'Order Status' and that link no longer exists.

After much research, this product is a fake product from China.

I finally received the product after a month however, since discovering it is from China and the link they emailed me no longer exist, I do not feel comfortable at all ingesting this product. I can't return therefore I am throwing it away.

Do not waste your hard earned money on this. It is a SCAM.
