1 month in, some change in energy. More drive and focus, let’s see what month 2 can bring! Overall I’m happy with the product, nothing supplemental wise has given me this drive energy and focus. Persistence is key!

Great product helps with my focus and energy levels, I have a long-term illness which effects my energy and focus levels, helps with brain fog.
Also helps with training I'm 59 and definitely feel the difference when taking it with the creatine.
Muscles still grow lol.
