T-Shirt Elephant Avis

I had a favorite long-sleeve t-shirt with a fading design that meant a lot to me, and I was determined to find a print shop that could recreate it as closely as possible. The first place I visited didn’t have the flexibility to position the design exactly where I wanted, which was disappointing.
T-Shirt Elephant, however, got it right. They were able to place the design precisely as requested, and the finished long-sleeve shirt actually exceeded my expectations. The fabric felt higher quality than the original, and the print came out sharper, clearer, and more vibrant than I imagined it would.
I was genuinely impressed by their attention to detail and overall craftsmanship. I would highly recommend T-Shirt Elephant to anyone looking for high-quality custom printing done properly.

The t-shirts came out exactly as we wanted! The production and delivery process was fast and easy. Jason was great to work with and was able to accommodate all our requests.

Jason was a huge help in the ordering process. the quality is exactly as expected! Soft, comfortable material and a nice selection of colours!

This is a great T-Shirt company to work with. The shirts always turn out just how they look in the digital proof, and the quality of shirts are great. I have used them for several orders and they always come in on or before the time quoted. Would highly recommend.

Thrilled with the finished product! The t-shirt quality is outstanding, and the screen print came out perfect. I can’t wait to surprise my wife with it for her birthday. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

Great print quality, exactly as expected, fair pricing, faster than expected delivery. Just fantastic.

I'm always very satisfied with my tees from T-Shirt Elephant. And their customer service is top notch too. Been a customer for years. I love that they're in Canada

Good products, good service, good delivery. Jason and team do a good job.

Quick and efficient customer service; great product quality, fast shipping.

Overall a good experience. The quality of the clothing is excellent, the printing job is excellent - my students love the shirts and I found the ordering process quite easy - the website is straightforward to design and order exactly what you want.
My email queries were answered in reasonable time and the company has been easy and good to work with. I would recommend.

Terrific experience. Love the level of service. Very good product delivered with our custom design.

Very easy to design shirts, easily accessible customer service. Quality product. Packaging could be more polished with branding visible.

Quality products, received in a timely manner, fair prices.

I honestly had a great experience with T-Shirt Elephant! I am starting up some Twitch streaming and wanted a hat that would compliment my jersey. I ordered this custom hat with a very complex logo and a month out until Christmas, and it showed up quickly, on-time, and with doing a very good job of my logo print - which I was very worried about when spending a decent amount of money for the quality hat and shipping. But man, not only does it look great, but if fits and feels amazing too! If you are looking for a quick and easy custom hat print option - and with a complex logo, these guys are a good bet.

Excellent in every way! I even got a ten dollar refund for leaving a review plus a coupon for next time!

The ordering process was quick and seamless. The print job was thorough and came out as I designed! This was a gift for someone and they absolutely LOVED it

Ordered shirts for my business turned out great! We needed them in less than a week before the holidays and they made it happen.

Ordered shirts for Christmas present this December, came on time and looked amazing. Easy to order, price was good, Canadian business and free shipping with nice as well. All in all good experience and easy to work with.

Terrible customer service! I sent an email as soon as I placed my order to double check to ensure the image I submitted was high enough resolution to print a high quality image, but their customer service team never responded. I followed up a week later and was advised that they could print the image using DTF printing, which was not what I wanted. In their email, the "customer service" team asked me if I wanted to proceed with the DTF printing. I sent a reply letting them know we did not want DTF printing and asked for the order to be cancelled. The company then advised that they could not cancel the order as it was too far along in the process...I have asked for an explanation as to why they asked if I wanted to proceed with the DTF printing if they were just going to go ahead anyway - have not received a response. For reference, we had ordered several items with an embroidered logo - we did NOT order DTF printing.

According to tracking my parcel with t-shirt elephant has been sat in the same location for a week now. They have had my order for three weeks.

Totally unacceptable.
